TU Construction did a fabulous job on my new roof! Steve came out and explained the process and helped choose the color that would look best. They completed the job quickly and professionally. After installation, they cleaned the yard well from all debris. Tu Construction is priced fairly and deliver a high quality product and comprehensive warranty. I love that they are a local, family owned business and I am confident in referring them to others.TU Construction remodeled my home office after the ceiling was damaged from a leak. Originally, I just needed the ceiling repaired but we discussed how to make better use of the small space. The ceiling was raised, drywall repaired, outdated shelving removed, LED recessed lighting was installed, the existing door was removed and the frame was repaired and finished off with fresh paint. A barn door was installed to make more room and complete the look I desired. The team that came to do the work was professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the project and looking forward to working in my new office!

When I needed someone to come out relatively quickly to look at my roof, I didn't actually think someone would show up as quickly as Steve did. Everything was a smooth process from there on out. There was a short turnaround time from that first meeting until I had a new roof on my house and garage. Steve and everyone from the company (from the owner to the roofers) were professional and did a great job of explaining the process to me, which I appreciated as I am a brand new homeowner and very much learning as I go. I would definitely recommend TU Construction.

Are you looking for a professional and trustworthy roofing/gutter/siding company? My search gave me a headache until I discovered TU CONSTRUCTION in Libertyville, they also have a Wisconsin location. Guilia, Bob, and the owner JC have been nothing short of an answer to my prayers. They came out, provided the estimate proposal by email for our review then we scheduled a deposit payment and the work to be completed. The completed work along with a professional roof report was delivered in an efficient and professional manner. I also need to add their friendly demeanor while not only in Libertyville office but in my home and at the roof job site. Cleanup was also done and NOT BY ME! We purchased our home a year ago and were unsure of the age of our roof or how much longer it could last. Steve was very upfront and honest that we don’t absolutely need to replace it immediately, but there is a good chance we could run into problems sooner rather than later based on its current condition. Even though we could have waited, we wanted to jump in and work with Steve and his team as they are very personable, professional, and trustworthy. The work was done extremely fast, within 7 hours! I love the color that Steve helped me pick out (as I know nothing about design). I also love the sleek look as the old vents were removed and replaced with a ridge vent.

I had an ufortunate situation with an automobile hydroplaning on my driveway and causing signifiant damage to my 3 car garage the day after we had an ice storm come through the previous night. The damage occured externally and even had internal damage inside the house from impact. Carlos and the team at TU are very professional and do excellent work! My house looks great! Carlos is very responsive and worked well with my insurance agent at State Farm. The line of communcation and transparency really put my mind at ease. The work done is first class, and I would reccommend TU to everyone. My house looks absolutely amazing! Thank you Carlos and TU for everything! Couldn't be happier with the outome!

TU was recommended by a friend who owns multiple condos and homes in the Chicagoland area. We are a 4 unit condo building in Evanston and we initially engaged them to replace our roof. They did an evaluation that included both a detailed review of the roof condition with an online series of pictures that resulted in our hiring to replace the roof. Subsequently, due to the quality of their work, the management and the employees, we also hired TU to install a heater cable system to deter ice dams. We further hired them to repair some other issues that previous vendors were unable to resolve. Great work!
