Everything was great, right from the beginning. Sheila and John came to our house to look at our deck and front steps. Shortly afterward we received a detailed estimate and were kept updated as to the progress. The workmanship was excellent...these guys are craftsmen! They were neat, friendly, cleaned up the job site every evening, and asked us questions along the way to give us the best outcome - which was better than we envisioned. A big thanks to Dan, Phil, Shaun and Tyler for their wonderful work, which was done in the time specified - often in very hot weather. Late fall of 2019 we contacted ProCore on several remodeling jobs for our home. We were wanting our front porch rails replaced with white vinyl, luxury vinyl flooring for the entire lower level of our home, 2 full bathrooms (full gut jobs) and the kitchen counters replaced. We received the estimates within a few days. The estimates were very detailed so we could see how the money would be spent.Shaun with ProCore paid attention to the details of the design on the bathrooms. One example.. Shaun didn’t really like the vanity top that came with the vanity bottom (as did I) so he took time to help pick a custom vanity top for the bathrooms so they would match the new bathroom shower tiles.Shaun also brought the vinyl flooring samples out from the flooring store so we could put them up against our kitchen cabinets and paint samples. He also connected us with the granite company for the kitchen counter tops and continued communication with the granite company until the counters were successfully installed.We feel like ProCore is a trustworthy, compassionate company. Our home looks amazing. I can not say enough good about this company. We will be calling them back as we have several more jobs for them!

I had my bathroom shiplap put up by procore. They are very good in what they do and the price is great. Besides the price and quality of work, the most important things to me are punctuality and communication. Sheila always got back to me promptly when I had questions and they were very punctual with the times they gave me. This is hard to find in contractors as I have found out in the past. I have been so very happy with ProCore they do excellent work, a great group of people. I had ProCore do my bathroom and kitchen remodel and such a great job from beginning to end. They did such a great job that I had them come back to update my front porch , back entrance and hallway. They will be back in the spring to put a new deck on.

I called to get drywall work and they contract out and they told me the person was at a job in New Holland and is almost done and would be over to my home and I was fine and I waited and waited and got no call, text or any form of communication that was on a Friday nothing over the weekend as far as communication nothing Monday either so I called the company with my complaint of lack of communication and professionalism and said I will look else where to get the job done because it needs to get done and all I got was “ I understand“ as a response with anything I said. What kind of business does that so, with that being said I would not give them a single thought if you need something done because it is uncertain if it even gets done. Choose a business that communicates with you this business don’t.
