I was impressed with Castle's personal attention and communication from the start. They performed a roof inspection and did all the legwork with my insurance company and worked diligently to get my claim approved. However, I told them I wasn't comfortable initiating a contract until I had seen an example of their work for myself. They contacted me and let me know when they'd be doing their next roof so I drove out to watch them in action. I was immediately impressed with how much care the workers took to protect surrounding vegetation and structures as they stripped off the old roof. I came back the next day to see the finished roof and it looked great. A contractor was on site that next day installing brand new gutters.A few weeks later, they started on our roof just as we were leaving town on vacation. Jose sent me multiple pictures detailing the progress using a drone to get a bird's eye view. They took special precautions to keep my tortoise in the back from escaping and did an amazing job of cleaning up every bit of debris from the old roof. Under my old shingles, they found several places where the wood decking had rotted so they replaced that and added drip edge to meet current building code. They even re-roofed my storage shed in the back yard to match the house at no extra charge.This is my first experience with having a contractor replace my roof (I re-roofed my first house myself...ugh) so I can't compare them to other companies. But based on my experience, I can't say enough good things about Castle Exteriors and would recommend them highly.Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

We had storm damage last summer and I contacted my insurance agent for references. He immediately recommended Castle Exteriors. I called and spoke with Brad and everything took off from there. I worked with Jeremy and he did an excellent job with setting up an inspection and worked very closely with my insurance company. He made sure that everything was covered and that insurance was very clear on the issues. He did a great job working with insurance to ensure that everything was taken care of by insurance and that all work would be covered and paid for. The did a roof and siding replacement. Everything was scheduled quickly and the roof was repaired within a week. After all questions were resolved with the siding, they immediately came out and replaced the siding. We found a sample house on the website and asked for that roof and siding. They were able to match it exactly. We have received tons of compliments on the work that was done as well as the look of the house. We also worked with Sarah and she is outstanding as the Project Manager. She made sure that that all payments were made by insurance as well as explaining the entire process.We are so incredibly happy with Castle that we have recommended them to our neighbors. We also anticipate having additional work done by them. We are so happy that our insurance agent recommended them. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.Greg Soohov

As a new home owner you want to know what your getting into, working With Andy to know if my new home had any hail damage to the roof was a big priority. He was very professional and responded almost immediately. Very polite and courteous and listened to what I wanted and nailed it. Charles Witt is the man that made it happen for my family! Couldn’t be happier with the diligence and constant communication he offered. If you’re looking for exterior work than Charles is the one to call. He made it so seamless from start to finish! From the first time he did the inspection to the end of the job he told me “I’m going to make it happen” and he did. Absolutely will be using them for ALL my exterior work from now on!
