Eldridge Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof, gutters, and downspouts! Troy was exceptional! He gave us the addresses of houses that had the roofs we were interested in so we could visit them and make an informed decision. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make the project run smooth. The crew was fantastic. They took off and replaced a new roof in one day and the clean up with meticulous. Troy was on site for the entire job and talked to us through step-by-step, explaining everything ahead of time. He returned after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. The crew all worked well together. They looked like they enjoyed each other, and had fun at their job. The entire experience was extremely positive! Our neighbor had their roof and siding replaced by Eldridge last year. They were very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the materials and didn’t hesitate to recommend them when we suspected that we may have roof damage after the recent storm. We called Troy and he came to inspect our roof the same day. He explained all our options and we decided to replace our roof, siding, and gutters. Troy was great to work with. His knowledge, patience, and advice were extremely helpful in guiding us through the maze of products and dealing with the insurance company. My neighbor down the street had them do their roof and it turned out nice. I got a quote from them and another company. The other company was a huge difference in price. I did a cost comparison on the shingles and they were both comparable. I recommend you get 3 quotes before having any work done. No leaks, no problems, they did a great job! I do recommend them for roof replacement. My neighbor said they subcontract the work for siding but the guy they use is top notch. Best service I have ever received from any type of service company, let alone a roofing related company. Very very professional. Job was scheduled on a Monday and completed the next day. It only took the crew one half of a day to completely finish the removal of the old roof, install the new roof and clean up spic & span! There was zero mess, no fuss and everything was perfect! I highly highly recommend Eldridge. They can take care of everything and they do. I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful of a job they did! After completipn, I immediately received lots of compliments from neighbors, family and friends on how beautiful our new roof, gutters & gutter guards look. There's absolutely no reason to check into any other roofing, siding, gutter installer. It would be an absolute waste of your time. Eldridge is clearly the best - according to me, my co-workers, neighbors and family!

I appreciate Drew’ help across the whole process. He was always responsive, let us know the next step and answered all our questions timely! He is so knowledgeable and always thinks for his clients. He gave us a quote, not the cheapest one but very reasonable. Based on our interaction with Drew, we decided to go with Eldridge because we trust Drew. The roof replacement crew did a good job, though one gutter was damaged and some gutter guards missed. Drew did not disappoint us! Recently had a big branch fall on my house and poked a hole in the roof, I called Arvel the next day and he personally came out to assess the damage and repaired it within a couple of days. We had the best possible experience with Eldridge Roofing of Rockford, IL in April 2014. The hailstorm that hit our area that morning left piles of 1/2-1 inch hail all around our house. When our insurance adjuster came out to review the damage, Eldridge Roofing was here with the adjuster so that all damages where recorded. I never would have thought to have the adjuster look at our outdoor lawn furniture and our deck, but Eldridge Roofing did and we did receive funding to fix or replace damaged areas. The quote was fast and accepted right away, our roof was replaced quickly and by a crew that cleaned up after themselves each day. Once the settlement was determined, Eldridge Roofing talked us through the process so we knew what to do to get our home back to even better than what we had before the storm. We have a beautiful new roof and the quality of the workmanship is noticeable every time we approach our house because of all the roof lines we have on our house. The roofers did an excellent job. They worked all day long to get the roof completed. They left around 7 PM. They did an excellent job of cleaning up as well. The aluminum person started the alum work (facia, down spouts, etc...) and did not finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks and called to find out what the hang up was. Did not hear back from the alum person. I had to call the owner to get the guy to come back and finish the job. He did an excellent job but it caused a lot of aggravation.I would certainly have the roof replaced by this company but I would not let do the aluminum work unless you want a lot of aggravation.

We had extensive repair work done after a major hail storm. New roof, siding repair, window replacements, etc. General contractor was great. Sat down with us, went over options, and worked with us to meet our availability and schedule. Sub contractors chosen for specific jobs were all great as well, and very professional. Roof work and siding were both done quickly, and correctly the first time. All work looks great, and we're extremely satisfied.
