Although it could have been perfect, setting the date was like pulling teeth; and then the committed arrival time caused me great angst. My suggestion is that you make certain when you employ this company to work on your home; request a deadline date and time + a phone commitment to confirm the time the night before. Other than those issues; let me say Alissa was wonderful; she is the person with whom you speak with when you call. I cannot say enough how kind, upbeat, and compassionate she was. The owner Greg I had to speak with today, made himself available to make it better. Now when Mike and Darriean arrived they were extremely nice. So careful with my shrubs and flowers, and were all over doing a great clean up job [as I also tried to prep it as I had the 3.5 lbs of nails that Warner Roofing left in my gutters, who by the way, wouldn't even get a star here]. I am telling you they did not let the gutters touch the ground, they were so careful. I love my gutters and patented gutter guards; See photos You can see they cared about my yard. The band looks nice too! Just wish I had hired them for my roof too!

Will Vice came to our house and gave us a fair quote on gutters and leaf guards. (5★)99% of the install was perfect except at an inverted corner and the installer must have been in over his head. The work he did would allow ice to get under my roof. (4.5★)Took pics and texted to Will. He called and said owner agrees and it would be taken care of. (5★)Did a follow up text to Will 3 weeks later and he texted me that his best installer would be there on Sunday. (?★)Sunday Tyler and Christian arrived and fixed the corner within 10 minutes. (5★)Given that finding employees who want to work these days is extremely difficult I choose to give MIDWEST a straight up. (5★)Midwest is a company that is honorable to their word even when they are spread thin due to our current work climate.Kudos and thank you MIDWEST.

Gutter repair replacement. Make sure to ask for Jesse and Vidal for your install! 1st installers butchered my gutter install and were a nightmare… 0/10 and very disappointed. After several attempts to fix the issues, asked for a different crew and Jesse and Vidal came out and redid the job to perfection and recommended the RX leaf guards which I had them install. True professionals, installed the product efficiently with good communication… the way it’s supposed to be. 10/10. Thank you Jesse and Vidal for turning around a bad experience.

** UPDATE - April 12, 2021 **So after a slightly bumpy beginning in working with Midwest Seamless Gutters and Siding, I can say that I am thrilled with the end result (pictures attached). After coordinating with Brandon last week, his crew came out Monday AM and we discussed several design options for the tricky area that was targeted for the install. The crew was super kind and patient while I thought about the options. After we settled on the design, it only took them 45~60 minutes to do the install and I can say that I am thrilled with the outcome! I am a happy customer and I will make sure to share my positive experience with my friends and family!** UPDATE - April 8, 2021 **I appreciate the response from the owner, and just had a great conversation with Brandon on the project after receiving his call. He was very apologetic for the miscommunication and offered a discount on the quote. I did let him know that after I was alerted via this review that a quote was emailed, I did indeed find it stuck in my Spam filter as it somehow got flagged and did not arrive in my main inbox. So that was a miss on my part. After discussing we settled on moving forward and a crew is being scheduled for Monday to walk through designs and then perform the installation! Thank you for the follow up and I look forward to the install!** Original Post - April 8, 2021 **Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service experience! DO NOT USE unless you want to be GHOSTED! Had appointment for Brandon to come out on March 16th to inspect an area I needed gutters installed because water was running off the roof and causing damage to a small cement porch and causing runoff to fall back towards the house. He arrived, looked at the area, we chatted and said "I will work with my guys to draw up a few design options and get a quote back to you" and that is the last I ever heard from him. I called back into the office 10 days later on March 26th, talked to the receptionist, said that was very unusual and that Brandon is actually the manager for other employees, she put in a note to have him call me. Radio silence. I call back again 5 days later on March 31st, talked to the same receptionist, she was very surprised to hear nobody contacted me, she put a note in for Brandon to call me back and also added a note for his boss to let him know. Now it is April 8th and I have had NO response at all. My assumption is that the project was too small so they decided it wasn't worth their time. Here is the thing though, they had so many options to make a good experience... They could have just told me the project was too small and let me know others I could work with, or help me think of solutions. They could have literally done anything other than ghost me. And they would have made a customer happy, provided good customer service, and promoted their business through my experience. But now, here I am writing a review almost 1 month later, and you better believe that if ANYONE asks me if I recommend Midwest Gutters and Siding that I will tell this story and say absolutely not. If they can't even be bothered to make a phone call, then what does that say about their work.

This company does excellent work. They listened to my concerns that I did not want gutters emptying onto the roof since I had prior leaks caused by that. In addition they recommended upgrading to the 6" gutters so the gutters could handle routing the upper levels into the lower levels. What a great design. I could not be more pleased with the results. They showed up on time, completed the work professionally and quickly and if course on budget. Highly recommended.

Edit: UPDATE...the owners reached out to me and assured me that this would be addressed. They weren't joking. They addressed it immediately. Within a day, a crew was at my house replacing the incorrectly measured gutters. Everything looks better now, and with rain in the forecast in the coming days, it won't be long before we'll be testing the gutters out. I want to thank the owners for their prompt and professional response.I wish I could say otherwise, but our experience has been less than satisfactory. We had these new gutters installed last fall. The price was very reasonable, so we chose Midwest out of the different quotes we had gotten. The intallers measured short, so the gutters don't quite reach the end of the house. Water just streams off the end of the shingles onto the ground when it rains. There is a spot above the garage door where water is somehow finding it's way through between the house and gutter. I emailed them about it several months ago and got no response. I've tried calling a number of times to see if this can be addressed, and the girl in the office is very nice and takes down my info, but no one ever returns my call. I've given up. We're stuck with these less than satisfactory gutters for now, but in the future, I will go with another company.

That’s all I needed to know. I don’t care if they are the most expensive in Rockford- I’m hiring them. I had my old beat up gutters replaced last summer and they did fantastic work. They were on time and I couldn't have asked for better service. Brandon's customer service was on point and the turn around time was quick. Fast forward to last week... I had my gazebo take flight during our last round of storms crashing into my newer gutters and they were destroyed. I called Brandon and he was on site the next day. Within one week, they came out and installed new gutters. I couldn't be happier with the pricing and excellent service. Brandon is definitely an asset to Midwest!

Professional and affordable. They had a cancelation so I was able to have my free estimate done earlier than expected. I explained to the rep what I was looking to do regarding my gutters and I was provided a quote the following day for the services I was hoping for, plus a quote for brand new gutter replacement entirely. The rep was not pushy by any means, he did a thorough job and providing options available to me. The price for brand new gutters was so close to the price for my desired work, that it was worth buying new! (I assumed it would cost a lot more but I was wrong.) The lead time I was quoted was 4-6 weeks, but they arrived within one week! The two men here to do the work were nice (and didn't seem to mind that I went outside to check progress every now and then) and got the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to people looking for gutter work. I had contacted another company at first to establish a comparison, and ended up as a no call/no show for the consultation appointment. I was very impressed with Midwest. Thank you for providing good service.

We hired Midwest to clean out our gutters and install gutter guards on the second story of our home. The men were very courteous and professional. The gutters were very full of leaves and debris and they did a great job cleaning them before installing the guards. They provided pictures of the job upon completion which we really appreciated. They cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with how everything looked. We felt the price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them!

This company literally ghosted me after coming out and providing an estimate. The fix was minimal, so they offered to do the job for their $500 minimum to come out and fix it. When I tried contacting them to set up the appointment, they did not respond to my emails, messenger, or calls. Shop around. There’s better companies with lower minimums and same, if not better, quality.

Midwest was amazing! My husband and I had several quotes to replace our siding. One company wanted $22,000, other companies were not very communicative, would not give us quotes to just repair instead of replace, and told us the job would not be completed for months. Brandon came out to give us a quote and was great! He gave us all the information we needed, and gave us a quote both to repair and to replace. When the price couldn't be beat we decided to replace. We were told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks for the materials to come in (which was totally fine) and instead it only took about 2 weeks. As soon as our materials came in Brandon had a crew assembled and at our house within a few days. The crew was here yesterday and was awesome! They worked incredibly hard, and got the entire house resided in a day. Once they were finished they had us look and told us if there was anything we didn't like they would fix it. It turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Midwest, Brandon, and the entire crew!!

My overall experience was unprofessional with very mediocre work. I had my gutters replaced. Will Vice seemed to know what he was doing but the problems started when they did not call me to schedule an install date after they received my deposit. Then they did not show up (no call no show) the install day. When they finally did, there was no way for me to be there because they could not even give me a specific day. Communication was terrible. Then one of the long gutter runs was sloped wrong leaving standing water. They did come out and fix this. Worst of all, they added a new downspout that was never appropriately installed to this day (job request was 6/28/22, this is now mid Oct). The downspout extension was not installed and the gutter remained more than 3 feet off the ground causing a flood in my basement. They said they ran out of materials only after I called (They probably never planned on finishing it right). To this day they never came out so I of course had to fix the problem.Also, Will says he is the friend of the owner so there is no way this review will affect anything at Midwest gutters.

We picked this place because it was rated the best in rockford. They're the worst. They had to come back and install a piece we repeatedly told them we wanted replaced. The corner leaked and I let them know and no one got back to me. Then they were like oh that guy is no longer here. Call this guy. Then he said there was no caulk in it. The corner is still leaking. Still no response from person to come fi for the second time. Worst service ever. Will not use again and not recommend.

I got my estimate on September 23rd and asked to be scheduled. I was told that a crew would be out that week. Nobody showed and nobody contacted me. This went on until I asked for a specific day and that I would be there. A crew showed and did all the gutters except 1 downspouts that was left open on the roof. I called and was told again, a crew would be out that week to finish the gutters, I also requested a estimate on siding. They did the estimate right away but nobody showed to finish the gutters. Again with the calls and the "they will be there " and nothing. Finally last week on 11/22/21 I drove to their main office and left a note for the owner, I explained what was happening and why the balance hadn't been paid and added a request that the owner call me. Well, they finally finished the gutters after the note. I never got the call from the owner. But I did get a call today when I was on my way to pay the bill, demanding to know when I was going to pay and how I planned to pay it. The lady was asking for cash or credit card. I don't believe that's something to discuss over the phone. I was very disappointed in the way this company deals with clients and will not be giving the siding contract to them. The only positive feedback I can give is that the 2 man crew that started the job were very polite.

Best price for gutters in the area! Finished product looks great, and happy with the quality of the new downspouts too! They did our entire house! Only thing I would say is communication was spotty and did not provide updates on the time of the work being performed because they came whenever they wanted to replace the gutters. However, we had committed, so it wasn’t a big issue. They sent the bill after the work. Overall, we were happy with them and would recommend!

Brandon was our sales guy. We had new soffit, facia, gutters and gutter guards installed as well as a minor roof repair. We had quotes from a few places and Midwest Seamless Gutters was the lowest price and had the quickest timeline to get it done. The crew was quick, respectful and understanding of our needs. I will say there was a bit of a mess to clean up in the yard after the soffit work, be sure to check for metal shards as they cut pieces of metal in the yard and there were several sharp pieces to clean up after. The workmanship out weighed any negative. We had some huge storms yesterday and everything held tight and we finally have gutters that dont overflow and no dripping ceiling where the roof needed patching. If you want low cost, quality work I would reach out to them.

After several calls to others, Midwest send someone out the day after I called. Got an estimate and did the work within a week. The others either did not respond or put me off.The crew was great. Professional, and timely. I could not be happier with the new gutters and facial they installed. Everyone knows that word of mouth is the best advertisement, so if I am ever asked who does good work at reasonable prices, MIDWEST will be the first words out of my mouth. I am extremely satisfied with the service Midwest provided. I had a leak coming into my bedroom and was told during our home inspection it had something to do with the chimney.Greg came out to the house and inspected the areas around the chimney and quickly found out what the issue was. The price I was told for the amount of labor and materials was very fair.The worker that arrived at my house was very friendly and informative. I was provided pictures of the work the was completed. I was assured that there would be no leaks. I am writing this review 2 months after the work was completed and no leaks.Overall, I am highly satisfied with Midwest and will use them for many future projects.
