Very odd how they came to my home for an estimate but then did not want my business. I felt comfortable enough to file a claim and John came to my house again to meet the adjuster. Basically not enough damage to replace the roof but if there were no matching shingles to match what needed to be replaced it would be possible to get a roof replacement. John took a shingle sample but instead of following up he and the company ghosted me. I called several times to see what was going on. I was considering paying out of pocket to pay for the existing damage but these guys not only want my business but seem to deny I exist. GIVE ME BACK MY SINGLE SAMPLE!

I told them from day 1 I didn’t want a screwed on extension on my downspout and they did it anyway. It took them 3 times to come to my house to fix it… simple fix and it never was done like a normal downspout and extension. I told him nevermind, we’ll just leave it, how much do I owe you. Then, if you could see the way they screwed my gutter guards into my drip edge, you’d be appalled. It’s not a clean straight look. I now have screw holes in my new drip edge from them trying to make it look more straight. I had the roof for a little over 3 months and I have 4 rooms with leaks. It took them 2 times to come out to supposedly fix the leak in the middle of my house and well the other leaks I guess has nothing to do with my roof but after 12 years and having none of these leaks it’s very disappointing getting a new roof and running into additional problems! I wish I could take it back!!!

When visiting other states like NC in a highly advertised truck.Doing 80 in a 55 driving like a jerk. Not using your blinker, and cutting off. People is not cool at all. That just gets you bad ratings like this. I was going to give you 3 stars. But then when you passed me as you're emerging on to I 40. I seen you were texting and driving, so then you got one. I would post a picture of the truck, but that's not an option with this review.

I called Rizzo after Lask seemed to have no interest in our repeat business last summer. The guy on the phone seemed very eager to help us, said he was actually nearby, and he would be there in one to two hours. He never showed up. No communication from him at all. I'm not going to chase your business. Either you want the job or you don't, and it seemed like you didn't.

Rizzo’s made it extremely easy to work through the process following a tornado that came through the area. Jack Bolster was first on the scene to thoroughly inspect the roof for damage. Once confirmed, he coordinated and walked me through the rest of the process and they had installed a new roof with a few short weeks.All in all, the experience was ideal and appreciated.

We were scheduled for a 10 am quote today. He texted the morning of to ask a couple questions. We had a family member open our house for him and found out they waited 2.5 hours and Rizzo rep never showed. No call or text to communicate a delay or cancelation. This is a disrepectful waste of time.
