Littlefield did the roof on our home right before we moved in. The flashing was done incorrectly. I called when the leak started, and Tom came out. He told me that he stands behind his work but that the leak was caused by something else. After having multiple roofers and a water damage company all verify the leak was from the flashing, we reached out again. We were not expecting to have to spend several thousand dollars to fix our new roof. Tom requested a written explanation of what was incorrect. We got the written explanation (and paid for this). Tom is now refusing to do anything to fix the leak. This company does not stand behind their work. They will also request explanations of what they did wrong (which homeowners often have to pay for) with no intention of doing anything to fix the issue. Do not use this company. Tom seemed really nice at first, but all that changed when we asked him to take responsibility for poor workmanship.

Need your house sided? We had a wonderful experience with Littlefield Siding. His team arrived early morning and completed siding the 100+ year old house in two days. Ahead of schedule! After they had finished, I called him and asked if we could meet to go over a few things that we were questioning. He met me that same day, did a walk around and showed him what we were talking about. They were immediately addressed that next day! He’s a great guy, honest and straight forward. He had a great crew. Even finished the work that was not finished from a previous contractor! Thank you Tom and your crew for a job well done!!

UPDATE: NEVER came back to finish the job. Never heard from him again!!! DO NOT HIRE!Tom was supposed to replace our roof, replace gutters and replace a window frame. He came and replaced the roof, but said the other materials were on back order. It has now been 8 months and we have yet to hear from him. Very unprofessional.

My wife's grandmother used Tom Littlefield siding and was very impressed with his work. She had an issue with her gutters and he came out during a thunderstorm to check and make sure everything was working properly.She highly recommended him. I called and had a gutter replaced. There was an issue with getting the quote initially, but once that was ironed out everything else went smoothly. Work was fine timely and I have had no issues with the new gutters that were put up. They look great!

NEVER do business with this company. I called to get a quote to side a rental property of ours and he said he will not do business with us and laughed in my face and told me to never call him again. He was very rude and if this is how he treats clients then shouldn't be in business.

Had my garage sided. They were very responsive and got it done in two days! Also asked to makes sure everything was cleaned up so that my dog was safe and they were great about it!!

Sided my house...no complaints but when a trim piece fell off, he would charge me $175 just to come out to reattach plus the time to reattach it. No thanks...wayyyy toooo much!!
