Through the fault of a dishonest contractor who failed to squeeze more money out of my insurance job, I almost ran out of time for completion as specified by my insurance company.Fabian immediately scheduled my job. His crew, led by José, showed up with 7 people at 7:00 AM. They worked non-stop until 11 PM, then worked the next day until 10 PM. They completed a two week job in just two days. They were not only fast, but extremely professional. The job was perfect, and they saved me from the loss of insurance proceeds.I felt that Fabian and his crew cared about my problem and rather than attempting to charge more, they met my insurance budget for the job.I can't be more happy and thankful for the customer service that Top Notch, Fabian, and José provided to me in my time of need.Thank you!

Wouldn't recommend this company for service to my home they are very unprofessional. Today I had a scheduled inspection appointment that I confirmed with Fabian for storm damage to my home. Well Fabian left me and my insurance inspector hanging. He didn't show up or called to the very least. Very unprofessional. Just be aware the past reviews about him don't match at all with how he does business. I will take it as a sign and look for a real professional contractor elsewhere.

Fabian was very Excellent and working with after the first Measure there was a mistake found and Fabian, took it upon himself to correct it immediately on the spot and adjusted the price for it. Very nice gentleman and excellent salesman. You can’t ask for anything better he had the crew come and install the products requested on the exact date that I requested and the job was done in a matter of a few hours I will recommend them to anybody in need of repairs, installation and roofing. Top Notch replaced the siding on our home and Fabian was a pleasure to work with. He guided us in choosing what looked the best and helped my wife make her adjustments. He had his workers take care of my many plants and they cleaned the place up. We had a small issue that he promptly took care of and he worked with my insurance company for the best settlement. Fabian provided a good value at a fair price. If I had to do it all over again I would do it with Fabian's guidance.

Contacted top notch for a quote on 3 separate issues- roof, window, and gutters. Bryan contacted me and gave a date and time he would stop by. He no called and no showed to this. After contacting top notch again he came out the next day. My husband asked him to quote out the repairs separately. He said he would do that. Over 7 business days went by. No quote received. Contacted top notch again, the receptionist said Bryan hadn't submitted anything yet to them. Contacted Bryan since I was provided his phone number by the receptionist. He said he was done with the quote and was surprised it didn't show up in my email and that he would send it again. I told him that his receptionist said she didn't have it either and caught him in his lie. It took 2 additional days to get the quote sent. And then the quote didn't even have everything separated that he told us he would do. More days went by and finally that quote showed up. I didn't end up using them for my repairs after this so I cannot speak on their work. I would avoid getting Bryan as the person who comes out. He is unreliable and unprofessional.

We first met Fabian at Top Notch Roofing during the Summer of 2022 when he came out to give us an estimate on replacing the siding on our house and detached garage. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. We were so happy with the work and his availability when we had questions that we used him again this Spring (2023) when we needed a new roof due to hail damage.He is definitely one of the most honest and accommodating people we have ever worked with. Once we had the ok from our insurance, Fabian and Melissa had my materials dropped 24 hours later and the roof completely installed and new gutters placed in 72 hours.They’ve worked (seemingly) effortlessly with our insurance and taken virtually all the anxiety of this scale of a project away. Top Notch went above and beyond what was expected. Their crew was professional. They completed the underlayment, roof shingles, gutters and downspouts quickly. Our complex has 22 buildings, this was the best roof replacement we've had in 10 years.Will we use them again? YESThey are already bidding on other work for us.
