Almost a year ago we made a call to our insurance company about the winds that came through and damaged our Cedar Shake roof. We worked tirelessly with a couple other contractors before Jeremy the owner of Copper Creek stepped in. Not only was Jeremy knowledgeable and easy to work with, he was patient in working with our Insurance company and getting our entire roof replaced. His professionalism showed through the whole process. The roof we had put on was not a simple slap on and go on your way. Our roof had lots of peaks and valleys and presented many obstacles in working with a new product. Jeremy and his crew made sure every detail was taken care of. The work cite each day was cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful roof and we recommend Copper Creek to everyone!

Copper Creek does quality roof/gutter work in a timely fashion. They do what they say & stick to the price they quote! Plus, they always advocate on your behalf with your insurance company. Jeremy (owner) is a man of his word. If there is a need for changes, he is up front and honest. And Amy (office mgr) is nice, polite, professional and gets things done. Would give them an 'A' referral any time.

I am so happy with our roof install. It was quick (done in a day) and the team was professional. I trust the work so much that we were able to install solar panels on the roof shortly after the roof install. Jeremy and his team were great about communicating with us leading up to the install date. We knew what to expect and the foreman took the time afterward to tell us how the day went. He answered our questions and let us know that they would be available if anything came up. We would recommend Copper Creek!Our siding is now done on the house and the garage. One company said they’d call me back the following week to schedule someone to come take a look. When I called Jeremy, he answered immediately and was here the next day to help. I can't thank Copper Creek enough for their help fixing our house after the hail storm of 2022. I had another company come out and then ghost me after think it would only be minor repairs. Zach came out and discovered so many damage spots the initial company missed and even got a reinspection from my insurance company. We got a new roof, gutters, soffit and fascia. They even repaired drywall and ceiling damage in our garage caused by water leaks from the damaged gutters. Amy is amazing at following up and following through with repair appointments, even calling on a Sunday evening to make sure we were kept in the loop about when workers would be scheduled. The roofing team was amazing and had our entire roof done in 1.5 days, and the cleanup was phenomenal. Our total cost was literally down to the penny of what insurance paid out, so we only ever had to pay our deductible. Thank you Copper Creek for helping keep my home a safe place to live!

We had a leaking Four Seasons Room with water coming in through a ceiling fan, and dripping into the living room fireplace. We had 4 companies look at the roof. We chose Copper Creek Contractors to do the repairs and put new roofs on both the house and the Four Seasons Room. The previous roof (before we bought the house 2 years ago) was installed without flashing, over old worn-out tarpaper. They also redid the garage door frame, which had water damage, and removed the siding around the garage door, which had no waterproof wrap under it, and wrapped it with Tyvek.The crew was efficient, on-time, and cleaned up after everything was done, including going over the yard, driveway, & sidewalks with a wheeled magnet - twice - to pick up any nails that might have escaped as the old roof was removed.They did a super job, and Jeremy Janes - the owner - was on-site multiple times to answer questions, and explain anything we inquired about. He asked us to call if anything comes up related to their work since they finished. He is also very responsive and quick to answer text messages and phone calls.We will definitely call Copper Creek Contractors again should we need their services. This summer, my home in the rural Monticello area suffered moderate roof damage from straight line winds and hail. I began searching for roofing contractors in the area. After days of waiting for my calls to be returned from other companies, I bumped into Jeremy Janes at a gas station in Monticello. Noticing the Copper Creek logos on his truck, I asked if his company worked in the surrounding area and if he would provide a quote to repair my home: Jeremy pleasantly insured me he would not only move his schedule around that afternoon to go look at my roof, he would make sure I had a quote within the next 24 hours.After receiving the quote as promised, Jeremy contacted my insurance company and completely and expertly handled everything!The Copper Creek Crew arrived at my home on the scheduled date and finished the roof on my home and detached garage. The on-site supervisor was in constant contact with me with and was extremely professional. It was discovered my roof needed multiple other repairs, which were all wrapped up the same day.After completing the work, the crew did a meticulous job of cleaning, leaving it impossible to notice anyone was ever there. Much to my surprise, a few days later, another Copper Creek employee called and asked if it was OK. He cameout and inspected all the work done and again ran a magnet over my lawn to double-check there was no debris in my lawn.This is the first time I’ve ever written a google review. I just couldn't do all I can to let everyone know how well I was treated by Copper Creek and how amazing their work is. As new homeowners in Champaign, we're in the process of identifying companies that we confidently believe will take care of a home like it's their family’s own. Our experience with Copper Creek Contractors was excellent. They were responsive, prompt, and started the project within two weeks of the initial conversation and quote. We had the builder gutters replaced on our home with a 6" system to remedy drainage. We prioritized trust in the group over cost and didn't even think to find a second quote after speaking with Jeremy; I would put them up against anyone. They did a great job communicating through the entire process, including identifying errs made in original construction (leading to our drainage problems); we perceived that recommended changes were in our interest rather than increasing the overall project cost. Jeremy even made a special trip to Champaign to ensure the colors we picked were cohesive with the home. Came back again after the installation was finished to ensure they were functioning correctly and there were no leaking joints. I can't say enough wonderful things about Copper Creek...from Amy, to Jeremy, to the workers who came out to our home. We had a piece of siding that lifted during the most recent storm, but it was 20 feet up and we had no way to get to it. I contacted Amy (who is one of the kindest individuals) and she spoke with Jeremy about fixing it. They had two of their workers come out and pop it in for us...at no charge! Simply amazing. We needed some guttering added to our shed and a covered patio addition on our home and contacted Copper Creek Contractors for an estimate. When we called, we actually got to speak to a person-not a machine. The appointment was made and Jeremy came when scheduled. Jeremy gave us a very reasonable estimate and we decided right then to use them and not get a second estimate. After talking to them, we decided to add larger downspouts to our existing gutters on our house to correct overflow issues. They arrived on time to do the work, were professional and thorough. The foreman wanted to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction and asked us on different occasions to come look at a few tricky spots to see if we approved of the process they were using. I needed someone to come out and look at some water damage to my roof. His employee came out promptly and commenced the lengthy procedure of getting the best possible payout from the insurance company. Once that was done, Jeremy came back out to honestly appraise what we needed to get done to make the property water tight. Even though, for reasons nothing to do with Copper Creek, we did not end up using them for the work, Jeremy and his employees were always very friendly, efficient and down to earth. With so much damage from the storms lately, I thought my little soffit replacement job would get relegated to a back burner and I'd be lucky to get it fixed in a month. But Copper Creek made a point of fitting me in and made me feel like a PRIORITY, not end of the list because I'm a small job that won't pay as much as bigger repairs.
