Clayton Pforr, Project Manager, with Central Roofing was originally recommended to us by our daughter's neighbor when it was obvious her roof wouldn't go another year. Clayton answered the phone right away and since we were very satisfied with a job done well and reasonably priced, we thought it was a no-brainer to call him again for our own roof.Again, Clayton responded right away and got us an estimate that was hard to beat. The crew that came out was not only fast (done the same day), but obviously experienced and professional. Care was taken to protect our property and all debris was removed upon completion. Since Clayton couldn't be there the day of the job, we would, also, like to give a shout out to Tyler who oversaw the crew.We would highly recommend Central Roofing! Thanks for two fantastic jobs!

Derrick Adams was our project manager. He was very outgoing and profesional and kept us in the loop about status updates. They were gone with an hour and did our ridge vent and cap. In next few years a new roof will be added and we will be calling central il roofing for our needs!

I would not recommend this company if you have a “small job”. I only need one section of my roof replaced due to a leak. My project manager was Corey and I could barely get a response from him after I signed a contract and paid my deposit. I waited almost a month after not getting a date for the repair to start to ask Corey if I could get my deposit back and cancel the contract. Corey advised “I have been trying to get production to schedule it but it’s just a small job and they are wanting to pair it with another roof. If you’re wanting to terminate contract I understand and yes we can get your deposit back. Let me know what you want to do.” Of course I chose to terminate the contract and go with another company who would have time to get the repair completed. I wish I would have been informed from the start that the job was too small for production to come to Springfield to fix my leaking roof.

Tyler Moran responded to my leaky roof call in less than 30 minutes. He inspected our roof, repaired the pipe boot caulking and clamp on the spot. Tyler said there would be no charge for his services. I was surprised when he called 20 minutes later to suggest calling our contractor to repair the minimal interior damage. This was my first experience with Central Roofing and I will recommend them to everyone that needs roofing repairs. I hired Central Roofing because of their representative, Clayton Pforr. I told him I was going through USDA rural development to get grant money to replace my mom's roof. USDA ask for. a few before and after pictures and Clayton sent pictures documenting the whole job. Above and beyond what was ask!Then there's the job of the roof! It was a hard job because no maintenance had been done in a very long time. Clayton stayed in touch with me throughout the whole job. The crew of guys cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have known a new roof had been put on except to see the new shingles! Central roofing is a very professional company and their employees are too! Justin Gordon from Central Roofing is fantastic. I called due to a leak coming from the roof through the A/C vent in my front hallway. Justin arrived, did a thorough check up in the attic then went up on the roof to find the problem. It was a boatload of silicone caulk intended to keep the bats out of the attic but created a dam for the ice and snow to pool causing the water to drip through the vent. He removed the caulk, rechecked the roof to see if anything was amiss, then climbed down the ladder and said no charge. WOW!!! That just doesn't happen these days. Thank you so much Justin for putting my mind at ease and fixing the problem. Two thumbs up for this business.Service: Roof repair

Zack and his crew arrived at 5:45am and were here til 8pm. Very hard workers!! They did a great job protecting my flowers from debris and they cleaned the area before leaving the property. They also helped me assemble my patio furniture back on the patio!! Highly recommend them!!! Great Job guys!!!

Marshall Daily of Central Roofing really took care of my roofing needs. He came out to our home on a cold winter’s day this January and repaired/replaced the missing hip and ridge cap shingles that came off during a recent wind storm.
