Of all the contractors I’ve worked with over the years, KAS has been the best. They were professional, kind, and responsive at every step along the process. Their installation crew did an amazing job and replaced every window in my house in just a day and a half. When they left, every window was washed and spotless, they vacuumed up what little mess they made and left my house looking so much better than they found it. KAS Windows replaced a total of four windows in two units of our rental property. They were prompt in getting there and the five workers knew their duties and everyone started working as soon as they arrived. I thought it would take a couple of days but it turned out to be only about a three hour project! Their workmanship was outstanding and they left the worksite cleaned up both inside and out! Does not return phone calls, or repair warranty items.. Had them install about 7 windows, did a really good job, called them back to do 4 more. They came and looked at, and promised a quote within a few days. After me calling the 2 or 3 times , I gave up , called someone else. There was a broken latch on one of the windows from the 1st install, they said they would order a part and come back. never did..never returned phone calls. A good review or recomendation would certainly include service and follow up.
