He went above and beyond by making a second visit to be present for any questions or photos needed when adjusters came to inspect and approve my claim, which really put my mind at ease throughout the process. I had numerous options to choose from for my new roof, and the install went smoothly and quickly in just one day. Roman stopped back by when the work was complete to make sure the job done was satisfactory, and it definitely was! I was also very appreciative of the grace period they extended to me in paying my deductible. They even offer payment plans! I am so impressed by Legacy Roofing and their employees. They finished my roof in one day. They were polite and respectful and cleaned up the mess after they were done. Not only did they clean up their mess but picked up some stuff that was there before they even got there. The roof is beautiful and looks like it will last forever. They did an excellent job. We had a crazy wind storm last night and we woke up to a phone call from my neighbor about all the shingles in our front yard. Called Legacy Roofing as soon as we walked outside and saw the damage. Tyler and his team were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Over the course of this project, any question I had was addressed immediately. Tyler was responsive within the minute and broke everything down for me in an easy to understand manner. He worked with my insurance company and helped explain what they did not. Shawn Painter and his crew really exceeded our expectations today when we hired Legacy to replace our gutters. Not only did they get the job done quickly but they did it days earlier than expected, and in less favorable weather. We worked with Tyler Orr from Legacy and our service was top notch!! Tyler had everything organized and took the lead on all the paperwork that needed to be done with the insurance company. He called regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and to keep us updated on when our work would begin.The teams that came to our home were wonderful. Use legacy roofing last year to replace my roof and repair damaged siding from hail storm. Had to call them back this week because of some loose siding on the side of the house. The office was super pleasant and set an appointment for me 2 days later. Shawn and Jared showed up and they did fast work. They fixed it to my satisfaction and it looks as good as new. Shawn also put the original siding on last year so it was good to see a face I knew from before.Their entire staff is always professional and efficient. Legacy did a great job on replacing our roof and gutters. The workers arrived as scheduled and worked every day wasting no time in getting the roof torn off and replaced. They cleaned up the yard even raking behind our shrubs to get old roofing debris. The first day on the job they notified our close neighbors to contact them if the wind blew any debris onto their property which it did not. We had been searching for a company to come for some time and each one bailed. However, Tyler Orr came out and not long after we were in the build schedule.
