Harold's Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof and there were several obstacles Josh had to deal with. A raccoon had gotten into my attic so that delayed the roofing but Josh worked closely with the animal control people and made it work. I was moving out of state and he was able to accommodate my tight time frame for completing the job. It is hard to find competent and honest companies but Harold's Roofing is the exception and are the best. I recommended them to several neighbors and they were also very pleased.

Harold's roofing is exceptional. They were professional, timely and thorough in their estimate. Some companies tried to take advantage of the recent hail storm and would come out and do an "estimate" without even getting up on the roof and taking a good look. From start to finish, I was confident that Josh and his team would do a good job. After day 1 of my roof installation, there was an unanticipated passing shower. They came back at 10pm or so and got on the roof to make sure it was water proof and would be safe given the passing rain. They then finished a few days later. The GM came out for an inspection after the job was complete and sent a crew out to fix a small cosmetic issue so quick we didn't even know they were there. I wish they did more than roof work! They showed up early and worked late! The roof was VERY well executed and you could tell the work was detail oriented and done right. There wasn't any feeling of cut corners or hastily completed anything. The work was done quickly and looks great! There was an issue that a couple of my gutters were damaged in the process and they replaced them 100% to my satisfaction with no hesitation within days of completion of my roof. Days after writing a check I noticed a spot I'd like to cover that we hadn't discussed and even though they had no obligation to cover the 2' spot Josh showed up and not only covered it but made sure that an aesthetically pleasing color was used and the work was high quality. I would recommend Harold's roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. The quote was competitive and exactly what Josh said it would be at completion. With any roof you can never tell up front exactly how many boards you will need. Josh estimated 2-3 and I ended up needing 2. The crew was professional and the clean up was immaculate. It was hard to believe I just had a roof put on. Everything from the permit to haul away was taken care of. Josh was out at the job site at least twice a day and upon completion came and walked the roof to make sure everything was good. Personally with my schedule one of the things I liked most was the ability to communicate via email and text. Great company!

True story. Called and got an appointment to come look at roof with Josh. He texted me (not professional) the day of the appointment that he had driven by our home and saw that it was 2 story and he was just too busy for that. You are a roofing company but too busy to use a ladder? You wasted my time and my day and if you were too busy when we first made contact you should have just said so. Also please be an adult and call people not text them.

Josh ackerland and his team were amazing! Walked me through the cost and color options for the roof. Stress free sales. They came on a 100 plus degree day. Remove the old roof. Fixed some rotten wood boards. Place the new roof on. They were finished in one day. I would say about 6hrs. We love our new roof. I had the pleasure of having my roof and gutters done by Harolds. They were quick and efficient. After completion you could not even tell they had been at my house. All signs of the job were gone..Since then I had the opportunity to get up on my roof. They did an excellent job on it. My gutters work great as well no sag or leaks anywhere. I highly recommend this company. If ever I need a new roof I would put them at the top of my list. Of course that would have to be a different home, because the roof and gutters were put together to last.

Woke up one morning to rain in my kitchen. The owner came immediately to assess the situation and by the end of business the next day my roof was completed. Bid was extremely competitive and the crew was super polite and efficient. Harolds Roofing has a customer for life in me. Great group of folks. I would definitely recommend them.
