We couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided by Storm Recovery. Brent H and his team were awesome. They showed up on time and did not stop till the job was done. Everyday they cleaned up and respected my property. In addition to the great job they did with the work, but Brent went above and beyond to help get my claim approved. I had a very hard time getting the adjuster out and even with multiple rescheduling appointments, Brent rearranged his schedule to make sure he was here to make sure my ins company did right by me.. we are very appreciative of Storm Recovery and Brent Hankins and his team.

I had an absolutely terrific and painless experience getting our roof and gutters replaced due to a recent hail storm that came through our area. Dylan W was great and handled literally everything for us, from working with insurance, to working with the assessor, to helping us pick out the design and colors that would look best for our home. We had hail damage on our home, Gilberto Marquez came out and took all of the pictures of the damage and assisted us in submitting information to our insurance. This is our first insurance claim in 50 years Gilbert made the process very easy for us , and his crew did a great job on the house, and shop. Brent was great to have working on our claim. He got the ball rolling right away and looked for all possible damage from a hailstorm that caused a roof replacement, gutter replacement, and siding repair. The process was delayed trying to get ahold of the insurance company, but Brent was persistent and patient to get the job done. Very nice to work with and a great guy!

Good luck getting any help after the job is done. A few things weren't done as promised and after about 20 phone calls and promises from the reception staff still haven't gotten any response. Very poor customer service.. will not use this company again. See update!UPDATE!!!: After this post Gilberto from Storm Recovery reached out to me and took care of all my concerns. We had our house, three season room, bar and pool shed roofs replaced due to storm damage. Joe Thorington was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! He kept us in the loop through the entire process. Joe was the whole reason we went with this company, we had other adjusters out and Joe took the time to sit down call our Insurance company with us and walk us through the process before we even decided to use them. The crew was also amazing they started at 7:45 am and finished the entire job at 8:45 pm. The clean up was so good that we couldn't tell they had been there. They were early on scheduled start time and very fast and professional. The clean up was amazing. I walked the yard n driveway. No nails or scraps of any kind.
