I have nothing but positive comments concerning Blue Sky and their professional staff. Jeremey arrived shortly after we called to assess the damage from a sewer backup and pulled up soaked carpet and added fans to dry the carpet and floor. He reviewed a cleanup plan and followed up almost every day to determine the progress. After about a week or so he arrived with two staff members to remove the debris. Every aspect of the cleanup was outstanding. Jordon was also very helpful with various details of his office. I would recommend Blue Sky without any reservation.

I want to be clear that I am reviewing BluSky Restoration as a company separate from the gentlemen who came to my house to complete the work. The 3 men (all named Chris) were lovely, professional, and kind. They did great work. My problem is with BluSky. When I got my bill it had more than 13 EXTRA HOURS of labor charged. When I called and questioned, I explained that I looked back at my Ring doorbell footage and calculated the exact time the workers were here. Essentially the gentleman I spoke with flat out told me that the guys are always clocked into a job. He said that if they are at a job, they are clocked in... if they are at the shop cleaning something, they are clocked into someone's job... and he even told me that if they are done with a job but still on the clock, they are clocked into someone's job. So as the customer we are paying for 100% of their labor costs whether they are working on our jobs or not. I completely understand paying for labor when people are working at my house- and even for their transportation time to and from my job. But I don't think I should be billed for hours that they are not working on my job. Do better BluSky.

I came home one night from work and noticed my cat was acting weird, thinking something was wrong I turned my head to call out to my husband and that was when I noticed the water coming out from our storage room. BluSky was quick to answer my call and to get help out to us.

Given the circumstances I was very nervous about my water mitigation being handled correctly. But Blusky is the best there is I had Kody as my project manager and let me tell you. The communication on point, professionalism was attention to detail and just pleasant to talk to. Also he has a lot of experience and based on my situation he managed my expectations so there wasn’t anything I wasn’t already prepared for. Do not call anyone else in this area these are the true professionals.

THESE GUYS ROCK! I own a media company called "Neff Media" and we recently came to Menold to film several recruitment videos for their company.Let me first start off by saying their team is the best you will ever come across. They value customer service, loyalty and provide the best care to their customers.Now I know I am just the owner of a marketing company but I am coming from an unbiased point of view. I have worked with several companies where I wasn't treated well during our working relationship. With Menold this is not the case. I have become friends with many of their employees over the course of two weeks. They have added me on facebook, instagram and other social platforms and truly love what I do outside of work.This is a huge reflection of both their work ethic inside the work place but more importantly it is a reflection on the type of people Menold hires!The CEO is one of the best leaders I have ever met as well. His office has no door and he makes an effort to greet all of his employees throughout the day.I could go on for hours about this company but I really think you need to watch the employee videos we have produced and see for yourself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our home received about 2 inches of rain on a Sunday afternoon. We called and a team of guys, Cody, Clay and Sean, were here in no time. They were very personable and professional. They were quick to get the fans drying our place. They followed up properly. On Tuesday, Cody and Walter came to see how everything was drying and set up a fan to run under our daughter's carpet so hopefully it would get dried and be salvageable. Cody came back on Thursday and removed some of the fans. He returned early Friday morning with Juan to move all the equipment and spray for mold. They were always very nice! They were good sports when it came to my humor. I decided to laugh and not cry about the situation! I highly recommend the company and their employees. You have new customers because of how well we were taken care of during this very stressful time.

The BluSky team did a great job on my basement water damage restoration. Everyone did quality work and left the area clean at the end of the day. You may need some patience while waiting to get a call about scheduling your work, but once they are on it, you are in good hands.

Sean was great. I was a little overwhelmed with the water in our basement caused by the ejector pump failure. He was professional with excellent communication of how he would clean things up and when he would return. He offered several times to answer any questions that I had.The person initially answering the phone ( Jenna?) was also professional and efficient. Will called me within 30 minutes if my initial call and told me Sean would be out in the next hour. I don’t think you can get better service in my opinion. Thanks Menold!

One of your employees by the name of Ryan went far and beyond out of his way. Was on my way to work and had car trouble. He changed my tire all by himself and he wasn’t bothered that the ground was wet. He was on his knees fixing my tire so I could make it to work. I appreciate you Ryan and you have no idea how helpful you were that rainy night. Blusky I will definitely use you guys if I ever need something done. You have a great employee.

I can not say enough great things about Zach and his crew!! He was SO amazing to work with. He was honest about expectations for the project, he was great with communicating, he and Sean worked so hard to protect my kitchen for demo and cleaned up so well after the fact. Zach made a VERY stressful situation (leak into kitchen from master bath above) and made it so manageable. He worked hard to ensure our family (including the dog) were as comfortable as we could be during the process. Thank you Zach and Sean for all your work!

I have had an excellent experience with Menold after basement flooding. Menold responded very quickly and did a great job drying out the moisture, then reconstructing and repairing the damaged areas. The project managers, Travis and Billy, kept me well informed of each step, and the Menold team of workers, painter, carpenter, carpet installer, etc., were all very pleasant and professional. My neighbor ran her car through my garage and totaled it. My insurance agent sent Menold to secure it and Bill responded and was so kind and helpful, even with it after business hours. I wanted to continue the repair with Menold and every step they blew me away. Excellent communication, the tear down/rebuild went way quicker than I could have imagine and the best part I had to worry about nothing, they did everything. As an Elderly slightly disabled couple the day after my Husbands 90th Birthday. Having a water pipe burst in Basement and flood it wasn’t part of the plan! Menold was suggested by Our plumber ! I called right away very upset! They said they would be here as soon as possible. This was a Friday afternoon! A lady called back within a few minutes with an assuring voice they would be here shortly. Angie S. arrived with a crew lead by Cody that went right to work like in a TV commercial! I was upset but Angie quickly calmed my nerves!! She informed us of every single phase that would happen! I don’t recall who called but Our Insurance claims adjuster was here not long after! Menold/Angie took video also of everything, making process easier! It’s a long process and involved . We’re Blessed it wasn’t worse or a Nature disaster, but if you are lucky enough to get Menold & Angie, it couldn’t go any Better.!!

They did the job quickly, thoroughly and were friendly. All phone calls and messages were answered promptly. The only concern we had was that they did not wear masks when doing the mold remediation. The area was not completely sealed off from the rest of the house either. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until the second day when a large amount of work had already been done.
