Phil was excellent to work with. We had two recent repairs. One repair was with an exterior leak that caused extensive molding over half of the flooring and needed to be removed as well as the mold. The second repair involved the wheel drum that exploded while on the road. Throughout the repairs, Phil and his crew responded immediately and reassured us that they were going to make everything right. We had a planned departure date for a snowboard trip. Phil not only exceeded our expectations with the repairs but finished in time for out trip.

They did a difficult repair on my camper. The owners were right there answering my questions the whole time. They stood behind their work, the way people with pride in their workmanship do. Something needed tweaking on the repair (not their fault as it worked when I left but broke again when I got home. It was an issue No one else could fix including the dealer.) and when I called them they had me bring the camper back right away sale day. Owner personally fixed it while I stood by and watched and had good conversation. Very good place to get work done. I’ll be back, next time something breaks.Service: Body & Trim

Stopped in with some concerns of water damage in our our toy hauler and was given a thorough inspection by Phil who pointed out all of the areas of concern as well as some areas that I had not noticed. Phil spent 30 minutes with me in detail going over the issues and did not charge me a thing. I will definitely be back for future service.

Getting info on my repair was a nightmare and now the trans went out ....no one said anything to me about that being a problem as I have never driven it till now would not recommend because they had never driven it either to know what is wrong to fix it

I took my Class C RV to Kendall Co Repair for the first time last week for general maintenance and inspection. Phil and his staff were excellent and very professional. Phil answered all my questions and even stayed around a little late after closing time to chat about the RV industry. He definitely knows his stuff! Phil has also taken the time to answer a few phone calls from me when I know they have been very busy. It was much appreciated and I will definitely be going back!

I heard about Kendall County Repair from a friend. I chose them because of the proximity. My camper needed a lot of work to replace the roof. Phil took the time to explain all the work required to get it "ship-shape". The cost was more than I can handle since it was just before the Christmas holiday. We worked out a plan that got the work completed. I greatly appreciate Phil's concern for his customers and providing quality service. Went there again recently for additional work. Phil, Joe and crew did an excellent job on ordering and installing a new refrigerator. This was done on short notice since my brother in-law and his wife were touring a portion of the USA and had their refrigerator fail. Phil repaired our class A rv. Prior to using Kendall Repair, we took the rv to the dealer. Phil repaired thing that the dealer did wrong. We had warranty work done on our front end. Phil noticed that our dash board was not attached to the frame. The front windshield was also loose. Kendall fixed the problem and now it rides much quieter. We also had our roof treated, and slide repair. They can repair any issue your rv needs to be fixed. From mechanical driving issues, to camper inside issues. When going to a dealer you speak to a desk clerk that probably never owned an rv. At this shop Phil knows what you are talking about, and knows how to fix it.

Phil an his guys had our class A an we needed a new roof, referge leaked an past owner said didn’t know where the drip was from, needless to say it was all rotten wood, so they rebuilt the whole area, put a residential referge in, ( the work there was awesum, put their touch on it, like it was theirs, pulled out all nasty carpet an laid vinyl flooring( pulled all the furniture out, new carpet in bedroom, trimmed out around all the furniture, redid our inside steps an installed a drop piece so when your inside you won’t fall if ya forget to put piece down( old was rigged with bunge cord) all new LED lighting, which is Amazing an We love it! Installed a new blind an resealed that window, and cleaned ceiling got stains out from previous owner, went thru generator to make sure we would be okay this season, installed correct batteries an ripped out old wires an corrected that, washed the leather an got it cleaned up, new antenna, new porcelain toilet an I feel I’m forgetting something but this shop, owner an his. Guys did an exceptional job, no one else will get our business ever again, an buy the way if your looking to buy, spend the inspection fee from Phil an he will tell you if it’s a good purchase an what he sees needs fixed! I'm currently having my old vintage Motorhome repaired at Kendall County Repair. I'm a first time RV owner, so when I purchased it I made some fatal mistakes in what to look for in terms of expensive repairs. I reached out to Phil at KCR because they had great reviews online. I drove almost an hour to take my RV here for repair because of everyone I spoke to, he took the time to explain to me EVERYTHING that I had questions about, and has been so helpful with being timely on communication and patient with all my questions. I feel MORE than confident knowing that my motorhome is in good hands with Phil and his team, and that I'll be getting her back in excellent shape and ready to hit the road running.

Kendall County Repair is by far the best choice in the area. After having my camper at another shop for a month, and it never even being touched, I picked it up and brought it to this shop off a reference from a friend. I can't even explain how much Phil and his guys helped me out working on my camper. They not only went to bat for me when the insurance company was giving me a hard time, but as soon as we pulled the trigger on the repairs, they started "gripping and ripping" on it and had me back in my fifth wheel in a week. There was a lot of water damage and the crew at Kendall County Repair went above and beyond to ensure I would no longer have problems. Anything these guys fixed, they fixed it better than the manufacturer. I have and would recommend anyone to visit this shop if they want great repairs and great customer service. The hot water heater in our 7 year-old motorhome began to operate erratically.As Kendall County Repair is the only repair facility in the immediate area who focuses on RV repair, I took our coach to KCR to find out what the problem was, and what it would take to find a cure.KCR’s team went to work and in a reasonable amount of time, our problems were solved. This made us happy as we had plans to hit the road in a couple of days. The charges for the repairs were completely appropriate and it sure beat the alternative of replacing the entire water heater.KCR will be the first place we call for all our future RV needs.

I had a camper trailer here for repair after a tire came apart during a trip. Phil worked with my insurance. I did not have to worry about it. After the repair was done I took my trailer on another road trip and another tire exploded. That was on a Friday at 4:30 pm. I called them up and told Phil what happened. He told me to change the tire with the spare and limp it to them, they would wait for me and get me on the road the same day (they close at 5 pm).It took me until 6:30 pm to actually get the camper trailer to their shop, but they were waiting for me, checked the axles, adjusted my hitch, changed out all the tires on my camper to higher load rating tires, greased axles again, had me do a test drive.They kept their promise and had me on the road at 8:30 pm and I did not have a problem with the camper on the 2000 miles road trip that I started that same day.Thanks to Phil and Mike
