I called Guardian Roofing Systems on 12/13/2024 on a Friday night when I discovered my roof was leaking. I own a 3 flat building in Chicago with a flat roof. Water was coming down into all 3 apartments to the ground level. Guardian Roofing was absolutely responsive and tried to accomodate me with that emergency. Even though they could not send anybody out that night, they assured me that they could send a crew out the next morning, which had a forcast of blizzaed conditions.They sent the crew out the next day as promised. Their crew did an exceptional job by shoveling and removing ice from the roof and then patching it.I am VERY WELL pleased with the work and the customer service. They performed the work as promised and worked within my budget as best they could, under strained unexpected circunstances. The workers were courteous and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Guardian Roofing Systems.
