Raymonds Roofing Company replaced the roof on our home in November. They were professional in every way from start to finish. Our roofing specialist explained the pricing well and he communicated with our insurance company which was a help for us. Raymonds Roofing Company got up on the roof and repaired vents and shingles that were pushing up due to nails popping up, pulled nails and installed screws and caulked base of vents at the bottom all in a very efficient and timely manner. I will call them for all my roofing needs and/or remodeling of any type, large or small.

Despite multiple confirmations day of the technician didn't show up within the three hour window and then cancelled the appointment 30 minutes after the window closed. The customer service agent lied on the phone saying the technician was "en route". We then were contacted 45 minutes later to say the technician was tied up on another job and wouldn't be coming. Incredibly unprofessional and really disappointing.

called and said they would be out in 5 hours never came charged my card 149.99 fraudelently and said now it would be 2 weeks would not reccomed them to anyone completely fraud have notified the police on it
