We just had our siding done this summer. We got estimates from multiple companies for both fiber cement and vinyl. Fusion Exteriors' quote was competitive including in comparison with vinyl siding. Fusion installed an attic vent fan and metal paint on our flat roof.Andy and Art were honest with their assessment of our roof while competitors wanted to sell us a new $$$$ roof. It's hard to find an honest contractor and I feel fortunate to have found And and Art.They came back for touch-ups of their metal paint a year later, without charge.I had to clean up some roof scraps and garbage strewn about our lawn and a rusty bolt on our driveway after their work finished and they left. We used Fusion Exteriors for soffit repairs previously and when we decided to get our roof replaced we gave them a call. Andy and Art both remembered us from 4 years back and came by the same day to assess the project. They are professional and honest with their proposal and gave us good advice on attic ventilation, skylight replacement and options we inquired about. They had a great crew of workers and got the job completed in a timely manner as promised. Their foreman, Mark took pictures of the work as it progressed and shared them with us. Andy and Art came by 2 days after the work was complete and did a final inspection and made sure we were satisfied. Fusion Exteriors is on our shortlist for outside repairs and replacements.

Fusion was able to come out, provide a same-day free estimate and discuss various options for my roof's condition. After making my shingle selection, they were able to procure and install a new roof and two new skylights within a few weeks of hiring. Total project only took two days. Very professional staff. What an amazing company! I called them on a Sunday night because my parents roof caused a leak into a bedroom. Andy and Arthur came out the next day (Monday), found the cause of the leak and repaired it right away. They also gave a rough estimate for a new roof that was very reasonable. Arthur and Andy were fantastic to work with! We had masonry work done - removal of interior brickwork and tuck pointing and regrouting of exterior brick and stone. There were some unique challenges to our job that required extra work be done and they went above and beyond to make our home look beautiful. I was referred to Art and Fusion Exteriors due to some leaking that occurred as a result of ice damming last winter that needed addressing. He was quick to respond w/ scheduling, was timely, communicative throughout and thoroughly professional. Art took his time to pin point the issues, gave an honest detailed assessment of the work needed w/ options and corrected siding and window trim work that had been previously done incorrectly. Most importantly Art and Andy were kind, patient and answered all my questions so that I understood exactly what was needed in order of priority. Art and Andy were great to work with. We discovered our wood-sided chimney was completely deteriorated and needed to be reconstructed just before winter of 2021, too far into the season to get it repaired. Art came out and provided an estimate anyway and held the pricing until the weather improved this April. His team arrived on time, were professional, and the job was well-done. A week later and unrelated to the work and on the opposite end of the house, our roof started leaking above our living room. Art and Andy were the first people I called. They evaluated the situation, which was a minor issue, thankfully, and did not charge me for the service call as a courtesy to an existing customer.

I had an outstanding experience working with Fusion on some Hardie Board siding replacement and window trim/sill modifications for my home. Called Andy after a storm left a leaky upstairs bathroom exhaust fan dripping on the kids bathroom. Andy came out the next morning while it was still raining to go on the roof, located and repair the leak, all in about 30 minutes. He is incredibly professional, thorough and responsive. Andy came out to check the damage to our roof, and seeing how bad it was and knowing that there were rains on the way, he and his crew made an effort to come out as soon as possible. They made an effort to match our current shingles as best they could which was very appreciated.
