Shingle tear-off crew was very fast and efficient. They left no mess behind at all. Our shingles were replaced with a steel roof with hidden fasteners. The steel crew was very meticulous and courteous. We could not be more happy with our new roof and would recommend Boss Roofing to anyone!

I am extremely happy with my roof- It looks beautiful and I get compliments on it. Pricing is a little high but we were able to get financing which was not possible in all places.There was a stumble in the road but they were helpful and polite about it all. Steve was the reason I was able to continue to stay positive with the experience. His customer service skills were great- Joe was also great about helping with our roofing needs. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

I have wanted a steel roof for my home since I built it 17 years ago. After doing extensive research it was clear that Boss Roofing was the company to do the work. This was far the BEST decision I made. Starting with the first visit with Cal to look at my roof and show me my options, then the professional follow up and easy to understand contract and warranty was excellent. Once Mark and his crew (Paul and Richard) started the work it was obvious they were focused on quality. They always made sure to explain the process and answered all of my questions professionally. Everyday they went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up and secured before they left for the day. The completed roof is even better than I expected. there are a few steel roofs in my neighborhood that were installed by other contractors and my Boss roof looks 100 times better. I have over 30 years experience in new home construction and I highly recommend Boss Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof! Thank you Boss Roofing!

It was time for a new roof and siding on our house and we went to Boss for a bid. The Boss team quick to respond and offered a great deal for both. They were able to start right away and even though the weather was not cooperating (rain and snow storms) they made sure everything was covered to prevent any damage. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the projects (roofing, siding and gutters) in short order. A special shout out to Dan for his attention to detail to make sure the siding and gutter details were completed in expert fashion. His special custom work replacing the porch pillars completed the project! Keith came out to go a repair of about 50 sf of wind torn shingles, as well as hang a gutter. He did a great work. Cleaned up all messages and let me know of any issues on my roof I should be watchful of. Took a while to get scheduled due to storms, but Keith more than made up for it. I would use Boss roofing again.

I made a appointment for an inspection of my roof that had a small leak in the sun room. The appointment was met ontime and within a couple days. The representative Brandon Garcia was prompt and informative. He made reference to a small portion of my roof that needed a patch and returned the next day to implement. They redid the roof on my rental. I was impressed with their ability to start on short notice and the short time that it took.There was an issue with a garage door being left open allowing rain to damage a saw but they made it right without hassle and apologized profusely. Got a quote for 3 windows to be replaced. Decided to get the work done. Needed to order the window because it was a special job so it put us 3 weeks out. Never got a call about the windows so we called to check on them. Got told they will let us know the next day. Still no call. We called to find out they came in and was automatically scheduled for a day that did not work. Had that changed. Then on the day of the appointment no one showed up. Had to call and find out what's going on only to be told the one guy in charge of our windows called off. So 1 guy is the only one that can knows how to do the job here!? Courtney is the lady who is very unprofessional along with the owner. Had other guys sent to my house that had no clue what the job was. Went back to get the windows only to drop them off here and do the work tomorrow. Even though Courtney was told buy the crew that she might want to call us first she still said no it's fine. She does not know our schedule and no one was going to be home the next day. Owner just wants your money because he wants to buy more property. Sad! DO NOT GET WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY!

Our roof started to leak but we had no idea why. Keith came out to look and wasn't sure at first either but was willing to take the time to understand and see what the problem was. After some water tests he found the issue to be a poorly installed vent from many years ago. Not done by Boss. He went and got supplies and had the whole job done quickly. He then took the time to show me why it leaked. He also explained that we didn't need a new roof for many many more years. He was very friendly and respectful. Even when he dropped one nail he made sure to find it so that the kids or dog would not accidentally step on it. Highly recommend Keith. Boss themselves had to reschedule 3x due to other jobs taking longer, but with the large amount of storm damage around the area that was understandable as well, just frustrating.

Too bad there isnt a zero star review option. My appointment was for 730 am. Had to call them myself at 828 am to find out the "crew" called off. They tried to reschedule for a different day but I had to take vacation for today. Waited for them to find another crew to install 3 windows. Supposed to be about 5 hour job from start to finish. New crew couldn't arrive til 130 in the afternoon and didn't know what they were truly doing. Had to go to the office and then learned that the job was gonna be more than a few hours. They were told to drop the windows off at my house and they would be installed tomorrow when I'm not off. Courtney is not organized or responsible. Couldn't even call me to let me know what their plan of action was. No courtesy or professionalism. Had to call them myself 3 times to find out the status of the 3 windows and get an idea of when they would be installed. She couldn't call me back once with any information. 3 windows at 800 a piece for a total of $2400 that isn't even going to happen. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Owner is never around to talk to. Their a joke of a company. You never make decisions for the customers. You involve them. Customers pay your paychecks. Disgusting and extremely disappointing 1000000%.

Highly disappointed in Boss for not keeping their word to come back and take care of paperwork, nor return phone calls after multiple attempts to contact the adjuster. You can't leave people unanswered, especially when a person's roof has massive hail damage. Not to mention they didn't include the quote for siding even though it was discussed along with pictures of damaged siding included in the email. Bye Felicia looks like someone else gets our business.

He took extra time to go over our entire house 2 times just to make sure he didn't miss anything and explained how my home owners insurance policy works which was very helpful.
