Called to inquire about having some shiplap made. The lady said she'd have someone call me back. A week later I had a missed call from them didn't even bother to leave a voicemail. I called back and the guy got on the phone. I asked why it took so long to get back to me, no explanation or apology. He acted like he was doing me a favor by even calling me back. I said no thanks and ended the call. Find somewhere else if you actually want them to get back to you in a timely manner...and then be rude on top of it.

Just delivered their new log trailer from Alabama owner seem like a nice guy. Accepted my load on a Sunday and told me I could stay for my 34-hour reset which was nice

As a woodworker was pleasently surprised by their selection. Prices were Fair. Found Honey Locust, Coffee Bean, and Catalpa. Quartersawn Sycamore and White Oak. Along with a nice selection of more commonly available hardwoods.Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.Highly recommend.

I feel like I was robbed. I feel like they should have been wearing mask and holding a gun. I would drive 500 miles to another mill if there were no more around. I will NEVER take a load of wood there again.
