My grandparents had them come to seal the roof around the air conditioner because it leaks. The roofers threw sealant off the roof, left paint covered steps and puddles of paint on the roof, and got paint on their HVAC unit.* As of 7/11/22, they cleaned the sidewalk and the porch up, but were unable to clean the roof without causing damage. They also refunded my grandparents $100 after I updated my review.

I had my damaged roof replaced by Ready Roof. They are very timely as I had a new roof within a week after inspection. Ready Roof did repair work on my roof. Based upon my experience, I would not hire them again and I would not recommend them. I won’t bore you with the all the details. Suffice it to say that (1) They requested half the payment at the time the contract was signed and then took much longer to even start the work than I was told. (2) I would call and they often would not call me back. (3) The roof still leaked after they finally completed the repairs. and (4) It continued to leak even after I called again and they came back and some a did little more work. (6) I called again, spoke with someone, and they did not follow-up.Service: Roof repair

The job was done and done well. The salesperson, Steve, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was also helpful working with the insurance adjuster. He was very professional and always answered his phone when I called.I do think that every job needs to have an English speaking person on the job. As the customer, I had questions regarding the job. From the first phone call with Heather to the last handshake with Mike after a job well done, the service was phenomenal. Heather was extremely pleasant and friendly and assured me someone would reach out very soon. Prompt would be an understatement. Mike (the owner himself) contacted me immediately. We planned to meet when the claims adjuster would arrive. After all of the drone activity from the adjuster, Mike walked the roof and while it may be a while for the gutters to arrive, Mike made everything look very presentable for the time being. Interactions with Mike was like talking to your best friend! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and when I offered to pay for what was done today, he said, "nah, it's like the roof....it's on the house". Once the report comes in from insurance, there is only one company I will call for repair! Ready Roof is top notch! I had a few leaks in my garage and I called a few roofing companies to get them fixed. They were all "too busy" with other jobs and this job was not "big enough" for them to expend any time. Redy Roof was actually installing a roof on a house 2 doors away. I asked them if they had any time to give me an estimate on fixing my 2 leaks. The head guy with Ready Roof came over immediately and got onto my rook. Not only did he check the areas on concern, he video taped them and when he came down to tell me about the estimate, she showed me where the problems were, and also showed me another place that needed repair. His estimate was really reasonable and we setup a day and time to have the problems fixed. They repaired my roof on the day they promised, and it has not leaked since that day! Yes, it was a small job, but Ready Roof will be THE company to replace my entire roof when it comes time to do so! Great customer service, and great work! Did a fantastic job on my kitchen roof, had it done in one day. But it took them 7 weeks to come back and put up my new gutters! Asked Steve for a discount for waiting 7 weeks and he replied " I can give you a discount on the gutters but I will have to charge you for the extra two layers of shingles we had to tear off!
