These guy are great! It wasn't clear to me how extensive the job would be – but he assessed the problem correctly and his carpenter did an excellent job making the repairs. Also impressed with the reasonable cost and his ability to schedule it quickly. Plan to have them back in the spring to re-stain the deck.

Dmitriy and his carpenter (whose name, alas, I don't recall) did a good job on a balcony/deck off the back of my house. The basic structure was still solid, but the cedar decking boards had rotted (above a waterproof base) and the railings were no longer solid. First of all, many other contractors did not want to work on a second floor balcony. Dmitriy was my first bidder. He came when he said he would. His bid was the lowest. He obtained the cedar lumber, which was very good quality. His carpenter, who was from Ukraine (like Dmitriy), didn't speak much English but was a solid guy who did quality work. I watched him, and he didn't cut corners. It took most of 3 days for the carpenter to replace the floor decking and install new railings on a 19' x 5' balcony. But the result was solid workmanship that looked good. The final price was just what Dmitriy bid. And he persuaded me not to stain the work with solid color stain (which I used on the cedar siding on my house). Dmitriy told me that I would just cover up the beautiful cedar he had just installed. So I went with semi-transparent stain, as Dmitriy suggested, and it looks much better than if I had used solid color stain. Bottom line: I would recommend Dmitriy to others.Service: Deck repair
