AAA Painting and Construction is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Getting my Townhouse deck repaired took 9 visits and ended up costing over $7,300 for an approximately 10x10 deck.From the beginning I had asked for a quote to replace the entirety of the deck. They gave an inadequate quote, I asked for a second quote. They performed services based on the second quote and reused the rotten boards that were in my deck prior (again, I wanted a complete replacement). They came out a 4th time to correct the deck. They came out a 5th time. A 6th time. 7th, 8th, 9th time.Can you imagine how much time I was taking off work to come back an check on these jokers?It took AAA coming out NINE times to get this barely sorted out. A member of their own company came out and told me the repairs rendered were inadequate, and the manager still was saying it was A-OK.After all the trouble with this company, there was ONE last attempt for them to rescue themselves. They came out a day early (when we had a scheduled date I wanted to be around for) - they came out a day early unannounced, and then painted my deck right before it rained for several hours.I have worked with HOA groups, management boards, management companies, etc., for the last 15 years.AAA has been the absolute WORST I have every interacted with or had services performed by.The communication between their crew, office, management and sales is worthless at best. Their follow up is, somehow, even worse.Worse yet, when AAA screws you over, your management company says that the 100% PRE PAY contract you entered with AAA on, is your fault and your problem, so the management won't help you when you're getting the shaft.NEVER EVER EVER EVER use AAA, for ANYTHING.

As a board member of a 23 building townhome association, I can’t recommended AAA more. They’re easy to work with, the painters are professional, and their quality of work gets better year after year. There’s a reason the association has been a long-standing client for years and will continue to use them as our exterior painter.

Horrible. Never use this company. Frank who works there cannot drive and crashed into my car on the job. He was laughing and cracking jokes the entire time. This man needs to be fired. Completely unprofessional company I will recommend for anyone to never use them. Laughing after you caused an accident and never apologized. Horrible horrible horrible9/25/23 I have sent this company 2 emails and have NOT heard anything back yet. They only respond to google reviews for show. Do not use this company.

AAA Painting has been wonderful to deal with at a property I have that had major wood replacement needed. The board and the homeowners were quite impressed with the crews on site and said they also did a great job with cleaning up at the end of each day. It was a smooth process and we can't wait to have them paint the buildings next year.

I have contracted with them to replace damaged hardy board siding and repaint 10 buildings in my complex over the past 2 years. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, Dan, Michele and several of their painting crews and found all to be first rate!Very neat & professional. Highly recommended!

This company is terrible. I live in a townhome association and our addition was scheduled for wood replacement and painting this spring. The wood replacement on our building happened the end of May and still no painting...so basically we have been living all summer with multiple colors of wood replacement and calk and no paint....totally unacceptable....don't bother with this company!

For 6 days there is a pile of debris next to my driveway - wood scattered and nails sticking out. Additionally, for 6 days there has been a 2” by 7’ hole in my garage opening from board removal. Going into the Christmas Holiday I’m sure this time frame will be exasperated. My (previously heated and insulated) garage is now sub 32 degrees.

Delayed Repairs, Failure to Live up to Warranty: What is the point of paying a premium contract if the contractor "puts you on the schedule" and never shows up? Failed paint was reported 5.5 months ago...It was great painting weather in April. So, yes, I revert to social media to make them return and CORRECTLY do the SSPC metal prep so that paint will adhere to the bay. Bronze paint. Lincoln Park.

Warning, this company pays zero attention to your lanscaping. If you hire them, don't be surprised to see your landscaping torn up. Plan to clean up after them and if you do try to kindly ask them to be cautious of the landscaping, be prepared for a blank stare and pretending not to understand English. Horrible!
