As a new customer, I found All Season Property Services through the Thumbtack app and received a quick response. I worked closely with Kelly for the design of our holiday lights and her vision was exactly what we were looking for. Though on the more expensive end, it was 100% worth it for all that was added to the home. I weighed out the cost with the customer service that was received and attention to detail that I was not finding with other businesses.Once the crew arrived, they immediately transformed our home. I found the crew to be polite, hard-working and they appeared proud the job they executed. It was great to see them stand back and smile at their work! Plus, neighbors immediately contacted me over how amazing the lights looked! A neighbor even came out to talk with the crew regarding their home. Great job, All Season Property Services! All Seasons Property Services provides top notch customer service! Phil is responsive and puts in a personal touch in his work.I’m a new customer this year and was interested in the Christmas lights installation. Phil provided options , made suggestions and shared mock up photos for each options, which made it easy to visualize and definitely helped with the decision making. They were quick to install (in-spite of the rainy weather) and responded to my concerns quickly.We absolutely love the Christmas lights. The house looks great and festive! We’ll definitely use them every year! Highly recommend!

After seeing other great recommendations, I decided to give Phil at All-Season Property Services a call. He was quick to respond with a rendering of our house along with very fair pricing. Although I’m not usually an early Christmas decorator, he offered to come out early for a savings and they came today to install! The installers were very courteous and did a great job. We have used All Seasons Property Services for our holiday lights for the past 2 years and could not be happier with the product, service and price. We added some additional lights this year, and initially I did not like the way some of the colors looked together. I reached out to Phillip at All Seasons and he promptly addressed the concern and switched out the lights free of charge. He said, “Anything to make my customers happy!” They also allow for payment plans if you want to spread out the cost throughout the year. Great guys and great service! I highly recommend them and plan to use them for years to come.

We purchased Christmas roof lights from Phil and had a great experience. He was super fast to respond to our questions and was out in a flash to hang the lights. He also took them down promptly after the holidays. We will definitely use him again next year to hang even more lights.

All Season Property Services has done exterior Christmas light installation for us for 2 years now. The first year I contacted them and they sent me a depiction of how the lights would look, I approved it and they got to work and did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Made my Christmas!! This past Christmas, not only did they do a stellar job again, but we expanded on the lights just a bit but it looked even better than the first year!!!! They do a great job and my house is the showcase house on the block at Christmas time!!! Take down and clean up run smoothly as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We hire Phil’s team to plow my parents’ driveway for heavy snows and he is so responsive. As a small business, I think it is easier for him to cater to specific requests than it might be for a larger snow removal company... feels very boutique. It has been a huge relief knowing that he can step in and help when the snow is too much for my parents to handle. Highly recommend!

We scheduled snow removal this year, Philip did a vey good job by updating in advance through text about when the job will be done so we can remove our cars from the driveway and updated after completing the job. Philip is very organized and we never had any issue getting to work since he completed the job very early in the morning. I am very disappointed in the way Phil communicated no longer wanting to service our property. He did snow removal for us in 2021 and then HE reached out in 2022 to continue servicing our home for snow removal. He snow plowed twice this year and we were happy with the service. But one day i reached out and let him know my husband already shoveled. It was 9am on a Monday and we had to both get to work plus get our kids to daycare so the driveway needed to be taken care of. He decided to then text me saying he can no longer service our house because our driveway doesn’t have a safe and easy access. Then why would you reach out the next year to service our home. I think its poor customer service and communication on Phils part.

Oh My'gosh, I LOVE Phil and All Season Property Services! I called Phil this AM because my 79 year old husband was out shoveling snow and Phil told me to have him take me to breakfast and when we got back, my driveway and sidewalk were free from snow. We highly recommend this company!!! This company came for snow removal & salting.*The 1st time we had NO LESS than 8-10 inches of snow, & this was on top of some areas having about 2 inches of prior packed down snow & ice., which most of us know is difficult to remove in lower temps once its packed down.*To see the before & after you wouldn't believe this cleaning was from the same snowfall because it was so clear & clean of snow & packed solid ice !!*Great job !! They took the time to do a good job, even though it was still within 24 hrs. Of the 10 in. snowfall & probably had other customers to get to. They also salted.*We were beyond pleased & impressed all around. It was so clean & cleared !!

All Season’s snow removal service is the best money that I’ve spent in a long time. The value in waking up and having my driveway and walkways cleared/salted is immeasurable. The team showed up early and knocked out the snow fast and quietly(as quiet as possible). I will continue using them every time it snows.

I saw pictures of his Christmas light installation and thought I would get a price. Thought it was going to be expensive, but I was wrong! Very reasonably priced, different payment options and the lights looked great!! They even remove and store the lights in the off season. Highly recommend.
