We hired Christensen Contracting and had a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Dave was a pleasure to work with and added his experience and insight into the job. Prices were reasonable for the quality of product selected and installed. Every single person from electrical to tile to painters to installation were very professional and personable. Each took pride in the quality of their work. What was best is the job was completed in a timely manner. Every worker showed up when they said they would, no delays. What a great experience.

Buyer Beware! My experience with Christensen Contracting Corp from Wheaton IL was anything but pleasant. The Christensen home I fell in love with and contracted to buy in June 2023 turned into a nightmare I could not run away from fast enough. The house was way overpriced by $100K+. Two appraisals confirmed the asking price was too high. There were several major inspection items the sellers refused to address. The response time from sellers, their realtor and lawyer lacked any sense of urgency. Ultimately, I did not trust anything the seller said, had more questions than answers, and backed out of the agreement totally disappointed and frustrated. I've bought many homes over the years and this was, by far, the most challenging. Do your homework, question everything, and proceed with exceptional caution. Better yet, you might consider avoiding homes listed by Christensen Contracting Corp from Wheaton Illinois. You have been forewarned. Good luck!
