David and his crew at Affordable Restoration Group Inc completely tore off the old roof and put a new one on in what seemed like an instant. I recently had a new roof and oversized gutters installed. The crew doing the gutters did an outstanding job. The roofing crew left a mess behind -including removed old shingles all over the top of my bay window. I cleaned the mess and a few weeks later -when cleaning the inside of the bay window, I noticed that the most outer center panel(even with the end of my soffit overhang) had a crack in the uppermost corner. Checking outside, I could see a scuff/scratch mark on the frame showing that part of the old roofing had come into contact with the window causing the crack. I contacted the owner(Dave) several times and asked him to come and take a look at it. He said he would -but he never did. Just blew me off. Even though his crew caused the damage, I had to wind up repairing it myself. I will look elsewhere for any future projects.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

David was quick on the scene after a leak in my home caused by snow and ice buildup in my gutters. He visited twice, went up on the roof, took photos of the roof and gutters. Because the roof and gutters were in great shape and the leak was something of a fluke from the repeated huge snowfalls this February, he recommended we focus on addressing by removing snow quicker/ earlier in the event of another bad storm. He told us about a possible solution but since it’s short-lived and costly he advised against this. It’s not often a contractor tells you to not do the thing they could make money from. I asked him about his bill for the visits, diagnosis and advice and he said it was free. Wow. So responsive, professional, and kind!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

They were great! Went above and beyond working with our insurance company. Very polite when at our home. They replaced our entire roof, all the siding, soffit, facia, and even reconfigured where the downspouts were placed for better drainage into the yard when they redid the gutters.
