He was able to answer every question I had and answered extremely fast. It was nice to work with a company that was willing explain every little detail of their process so that we understood exactly what we were signing up for. From the start, I was very impressed with this business. The sales person, Andrew, who came to my house was informative and very kind. Then on the day for my concrete clean and seal, the owner Jacob was the one who did my job, he was super friendly and took the time to explain things about concrete that I never knew. But the most impressive thing for me was honesty. I just knew there were no illusions, no smooth talking, I just knew he was a down to earth, honest as the day is long business man. The Concrete Magic installed their Granitex flooring in my basement studio. I really appreciated their range of color choices and the unique appearance of their flake media -- much more attractive than other companies' that I saw. The customer service, communication, promptness, courtesy, skill of installation and ease of working with the project manager and crew were all excellent, and I am very happy with the results. Time will tell how the floor wears, and how waterproof it is. I'm hoping it smooths out/wears down a little, as it seems a bit rougher than the sample cards indicated. It looks great in the space, though, and seems extremely durable.

Concrete Magic gave us a great option to tiling our sunroom. Their color options, design and quality of product were key in making our decision of using this flooring for this area. Jacob is easy to work with and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the finished floor you’ve chosen. I had this company do two projects for me. The first was a concrete repair, then added the speckled coating in the “pit” by my sliding glass door for my downstairs.The second just got completed and looks amazing. I had water get under my linoleum in my weight room after our 11” of rain in a day.The colors (black, white and tan speckles) are gorgeous against the trim, paneling and carpet. The rubberized surface is perfect for a workout area.

Jacob Smith and his team of professionals from The Concrete Magic recently completed several projects at my home. They sealed my porch, sidewalk, and driveway with a sealant that will last five years, preventing damage from chemicals used by the city during winter but will not be affected by residential de-icers making it safer for people to walk on. They also transformed my badly cracked and dangerous garage floor with a lifetime guaranteed product that has a liquid rubber base, flaked finish, and a clear coated seal. I opted to have this applied to my new patio and adjacent 27 year old patio. You can’t tell the difference between them. Jake was terrific to work with. He communicated to let me know when they’d be here to work. The work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up any mess. I highly recommend this business.

Caulked seams and cracks, sealed drive, sidewalk, porch, and patio. Caulking did not match color of drive. Did not fill all the crack in the patio, most of the caulk is to the side. The person who gave the estimate told me I could drive on the drive in 3-4 hours. The guy who did the work said I had to wait 24 hours before driving on it. It has rained since the sealer was put on and that seems to be working as the water beads up.
