Graber Construction just completed the job of installing a metal roof on our house. When we contacted them we were having problems with a leak that we could not track down the source of. We received a reasonable quote within a few days of calling and they began work even quicker than originally proposed. Much to our relief ! They were on time, stayed on the job, and were respectful of our property. We are 100% satisfied. Our roof looks amazing! We have had several people stop and tell us how nice it looks. We highly recommend this company. They are honest and professional. James did a great job of communicating with us. We will definitely hire them for future projects !

I was very pleased with the work that was performed. I needed a barn roof replaced, and I wanted a metal roof. I had a hard time finding someone that would do the work. K. Graber Construction came out to look the job over. I got a fair estimate for the work in a few days. I knew when I bought my house that it would need a new roof. I wanted something that would look good and last at the same time. I priced out both shingle and metal roofing from a few different local businesses. Yes there was a difference in price between shingles and metal. I could not be more happy for choosing K. Graber Construction. Alan kept in good contact with scheduling and taking care of a few small details that I wanted addressed. Sam and his small crew knocked the install quickly and efficiently. They were on time daily and cleaned up very well afterwards. They stay booked pretty well so don't wait until the last moment to schedule. I have received quite a few compliments since it was done. My house is only the second house on our street to have a metal roof. I think the pictures will speak for themselves. I would definitely recommend K. Graber Construction for future projects.

First off I want to say that K Graber Construction is TOP NOTCH! I was extremely impressed at how knowledgeable, professional, and efficient they were as a company. From the first call I made, the receptionist was very friendly, and asked me a few questions about my build. I was wanting a 24x24 addition. I only wanted the foundation, house-wrapped exterior shell, and the roof finished and tied into the existing house, along with door and window openings framed. I'm a DIY guy, so I wanted to complete the finish work myself. The receptionist passed the info along to Ron Bontrager, the estimator, and within a few hours he called me back to get some extra details. He promptly set up an appointment to come and look at the job the very next day. I could quickly tell that Ron was an expert in his field after talking with him for a bit. He cleared up some questions I had about a few things and advised me on the best plan for my project. This was on a Friday, and later that day he had emailed me a few concept drawings and told me he would have a quote by the following Monday. Over that weekend, I took some time to read some of their reviews and check out some of their past projects online. The more I looked and read, the more I knew that K Graber was the company I wanted. When Monday morning came around I had my quote, and to my excitement, and pricewise, it was right at where I wanted to be. I immediately put a deposit down and got myself on the list. Ron wasted no time, and had all the utilities marked the following day. Fortunately, time was on my side, and they had an opening come up the following week, and I got the pleasure to meet Justin, the Foreman. He came out a few days beforehand to look at the jobsite and get some more details and requests from me. As with Ron, a little bit of conversation with Justin, and I knew he was an expert in the trade. He informed me that they would show up the middle of the following week. And when work began, it BEGAN! They showed up with their equipment and within a little over a half day Justin and his partner had the crawlspace excavated, footers dug, and footers poured. I was amazed at how accurate and quick these guys were. The next day was no different, as they made short work of setting up the ICF's (insulated concrete forms) and pouring the foundation walls. Justin worked closely with me to get some pipe sleeves and other details handled while all this was underway. The way they carefully excavated and worked kept yard damage to a minimum on my small city lot. After a few days of cure time they came back the next week and started the framing. On the first day they did the entire floor, most of the sidewalls and trusses, and started on sheathing the walls. The next day they started shingling the roof and finished the walls. The third day they finished all the details and cleaned up the jobsite to perfection. The whole crew was awesome! Each and every crew member knew exactly what they were doing, and it was very impressive to watch them work. K Graber Construction gave me exactly what I wanted, in a timely and professional manner, at a very fair price. Hiring a contractor for a big job can be intimidating, but with these guys that was not the case. They made this a very great experience all the way around. My wife and I have used K. Graber Construction on several projects including adding a large addition to our old home in 2007 and most recently building a "pole barn" home in 2018-2019. I contacted K. Graber for a quote on roofing and they got in contact with me right away and I got a quote the next day. Alan kept in contact with me through the whole process and even gave me a courtesy call after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. The roofers and Alan showed up when scheduled and worked fast and efficient to complete the work in a day and a half. No complaints and I look forward to during them again for any other projects. We just had K. Graber Construction remove 33,000 pounds of old roofing and put a metal roof on our 100+ year old house. This was something I had been wanting to do for a long time but just couldn't pull the trigger . on day I decided it was now or never and started calling contractors to meet with and decide. After meeting with Kenny I knew if I was going to do this he was the one. I pulled that trigger , and Kenny and his crew put my dream together. It was absolutely a surprisingly awesome time we had with this build . The construction is done with precision accuracy and well beyond my expectations . I do recommend K. I am a contractor by trade and have worked with K Graber for years. We partner on projects all year long.
