We would highly recommend Dane Contracting for your roofing needs.We can't think of any service, that we have hired, that has had such amazing customer communication. The only delay was due to inclement weather which was communicated daily until the rains cleared. Then...the next day the crew was on site to do the roofing project. They were prompt, courteous of our property and worked very hard. The project involved removing 2 layers of shingles (1 level ranch approx 1700 sq ft w/2 valleys), replacing the wood around the chimney, installing the waterproof base layer, Ice & Water Shield, building a "cricket" at the chimney (adding flashing) then dimensional shingles. All of this was completed in one day! We have quite a bit of landscaping around our home which was treated carefully with only the expected "squashing" from the tarps. On top of the great customer service, the cost was very reasonable and did not require a 2 1/2 hour "sales presentation". Thank you Jeremiah for your commitment to your customers! It was a great experience for something that really isn't something fun to have to do.

Dane Contracting inspected my roof. Told me exactly what I needed. Did not sugar coat anything. Was honest from the beginning. Communicated everything. Tore off the old roof, replaced some decking and put the new roof on in 1 day. Cleaned everything up. Zero issues. Would recommend to anyone.

He sealed it for me FREE of charge and didn’t quote me for a roof that I didn’t need yet for maybe another 3-5 years. Definitely will call them for when I do need the roof! Dane Contracting did a partial roof on my mother's house. From the first phone call I felt comfortable. Jeremiah was awesome to work with! He took time to explain what he found, how it would be fixed and kept me informed during the entire process. On the day of repair, he was onsite, preparing things for the crew and came back to inspect the work. The crew was great, clean up was fabulous and the roof looks amazing! Whenever, in the future, we need to have our roof replaced, I will definitely be calling Dane Contractors again. Jeremiah kept us updated and explained every aspect of the job through the entire process. He checked on availability of the shingles we chose right when we picked them and had them set-up for delivery. They showed up on time and his crew did an outstanding job with the tear-off and install and had it done in a day. They spent an hour after the job was finished cleaning up our yard of roofing paper and old nails, including the neighbors yard. Our new roof looks great! I would strongly recommend this company!R. Dane roofing did my in laws roof this last summer. But the workers forgot to add some flashing and now thier roof is leaking in the hallway. And we are having high winds and heavy rain. They came out late friday evening. Laid some plastic and said they'd be back in a bit with more materials to fix it. Never came back. Never called to say they couldn't make it back. And its Saturday morning. They have been open over an hour and haven't called my in laws yet today. Terrible customer service and apparently terrible job done.
