I am posting for a friend who hired them to demolish and fill in her in ground pool. She put half down in October 2022, as per the agreement. It currently sits with pea gravel, no leveling or top soil and they have requested more money! No date of when they will be back, even after sever phone conversations. This is unacceptable and VERY poor way to do business. Unless something major happens, she would not recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with Watson's for septic system service. Before calling Watson's, I had called 4 other businesses and had a lot of trouble connecting, getting information, getting them to call me back, or they did not provide the service we needed at a competitive price. Watsons however was extremely professional: Bonita is super organized, and Sean was very informative when working on site. You can tell they have a lot of experience, as well as integrity.

These guys got the contract for the plumbing hookup in west elwood. At first we all fought it to keep our septic tanks, but the city wasn't having it. At first we were all told it would be no disturbance and that we would barely even notice they were there. That is quite possibly the biggest lie I've ever been told. They came through and made a massive mess in my yard and everybody else's and has just left it for us to deal with. I have a huge patch of grass in my yard that is going to be dead from the pile of dirty they left behind. They act like they run the streets out here with their work equipment, blocking off roads with it, driving bobcats in the middle of the road so you can't get around them, I've seen guys riding in the buckets of the bobcats on the road, and most recently I've almost been hit by the bobcat because the operator was driving down the middle of the road texting while driving this thing. There are tons of kids out here in this neighborhood and with all that going on and almost zero safety being used somebody could get seriously hurt.

Sewer line replacement: Plumbers quoted 10 to 20 thousand and it would take around 2 months to complete. Watson's completed it in one day for $4,000. :)

Watson's just completed a large sewer line install for our property management company. Couldn't be happier with the results. Will certainly use them again for any project that requires their services!

0 stars. Poured a slanted concrete pad instead of a level one and won't refund my $4400. He'd like to see me in court with all my photos, records and documents from building contractors. Don't hire this guy!

I have never done business with this company, but it isn't for lack of trying. I have called twice for an estimate on work to be done and have never so much as received a call back.
