We had our home re-sided and gutters replaced. They installed a new sliding glass door, with blinds built-in, which I love! Everyone involved was polite and courteous. Ralph answered all of our questions and was not pushy.The workers were on time and professional. They worked quickly, did a very good job and cleaned up when finished.The communication was excellent. We were kept informed of when building materials arrived and the start date.

Urban Restoration Group has completed 3 jobs for us: they replaced a window box on the front of our house that was deteriorating; they replaced the EFIS exterior of our chimney with a more durable product; and they replaced our roof making important repairs in the process. We have been extremely happy with their customer service, all of the work they have performed, and the follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the final result. Both Francisco and Lance are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. For each job, they provided a range of options for consideration, answered all of our questions, and followed through after completion of the job to make sure we were satisfied with the result. I don’t write reviews of this type often but this group deserves my thanks and praise.

Lance, Francisco, and their crew replaced the roof on my home. From start to finish, working with Lance and Francisco was a pleasure. They spent many hours going back and forth with my (rather uncooperative) insurance company. On roof installation day, the crew was prompt and efficient. Hard to believe it was all done in one day. The roof looks great! The crew was respectful of property (and careful with all the flower beds around the house!), and they cleaned up all of the debris from the old roof and installation. Hard to believe they were ever here . . . except when I look at my new roof! Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend them!

We used Urban Restoration for a roofing project, we had a rip in a rubber roof that needed replaced. A few contractors came to give us estimates, said they would be in touch with us, and disappeared into thin air. I contacted Lance, was given an estimate, Francisco and his team replaced it in a timely manner with a product that should last a long time. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and their fast response.

Had some wood rot on my chimney. They came out the same day I called and took a look. They performed the work within a week. Took off old siding and replaced the rotted wood and re installed siding.Very fast response time and got me in before the next big rainstorm came. Would definitely recommend.

I called this company to get a quote for siding on my house from a yard sign that I had seen at another job they were working on...Francisco shows up and is very professional and friendly and able to show me my house with any color I kept choosing until I had decided on one...I dealt with Lance who was great as well, he developed a friendly relationship with my dog and answered any questions I had...the crew that did the work was great also, very friendly and respectful...My house looks great and I will definitely have them do more work for me!
