We had a very positive experience with Blake Watson. He was pleasant, kind and responsive. He maintained good contact with us and arrived early to our home. Blake had not worked with the model of dishwasher he installed but had no problem figuring out how to install it so it fit perfectly next to the cabinets. The finished product looked very nice and Blake tested it out thoroughly to make sure everything was working properly. I hired Blake to install a new water heater and in the course of doing so, he discovered the old water heater had been leaking for some time. In fact, the wooden platform the old water heater was sitting on had become water logged and rotten. After taking out the platform, Blake determined the riser floor was also damaged and needed to be replaced.In the process of tearing out the riser floor, Blake then discover a leak going to an outside faucet that had been there for some time. So what started as a simple water heater replacement turned into a day-long renovation project that included a plumbing repair project as well. They've really helped us out in time of need. I was originally told they were only available two weeks later but after hearing my situation they made time for us. We were getting our house appraised for refinance and they only gave us a 4 day notice before the appraisal I called them to replace the flooring in our living room and bathroom on Monday and and some water damaged dry wall, by Thursday everything was finished. They're very laid back personable and professional people. I enjoyed their company very much! I can't thank them enough. We purchased a light for our stairway at Ferguson’s in Carmel, when they came to install it, they broke the junction box… and informed me I needed an electrician to redo the junction box before they could install the light…So I put it out there on Facebook in our community to see who they would recommend for an electrician… and Blake was referred by our neighbor… from the moment I contacted him, he was professional and would respond immediately to any inquires I might have had… they showed up on time and did an excellent job… I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have… we are also having him install lighting in our office area…Service: Installation
