What an amazing group of people!! From office personnel to installation!!One call stating no heat and they were there to help same day asap!! Found issue, supplied us with heater until they could come next day with much needed new furnace! Great installers and project manager…fast professional work and gave us all the information we needed to control our new unit. We’ve used BT Reynolds a couple times now. After our first experience with Keanen who came out shortly after we called to troubleshoot and fix our old furnace we were more than willing to have them come out again to look at a new problem. Furnace was non-functional…..cold weather coming and they were able to get out fast.Kenan from Reynolds was very helpful and diagnosed the problem with our furnace almost immediately. Solved the issue AND checked a few other components just to make sure everything was running properly. Excellent experience!

They were able to show up in a just a couple of hours even though it was the coldest day of the season so far. They kept me informed about the expected arrival time throughout the wait time. They were able to come evaluate our furnace after not being able to be fixed by a different company. They climbed on the roof and cleaned everything out, serviced our furnace and had it up and running. Very professional, very patient and helpful with our old furnace and what needed to be done. I really appreciate the good People and good service at BT Reynolds, heating and cooling. We are relatively new to the area, but have used theier services multiple times over the past few years. We have an older home with sometimes unique needs. They have been patient, and have done great, both in maintenance and in service when we have something that is not working properly.
