Brown Roofing was amazing! I had storm damage on my roof and my roof was leaking. They came out the same day I called to assess the damage and patch the hole until my insurance company could process my claim. They were super communicative and efficient. They repaired my roof in one afternoon. Left no mess and cleaned up everything. The entire crew were down to earth, professional, and personable. I highly recommend them! Ty and his crew are fantastic!

Cannot say enough great things about this company!From the first phone call, they were a fantastic group. After overview of the roof, assessing the damage, they gave us a quote that couldn't be beat. Not only were they patient with us as we looked over the contract, they were there to answer any questions we had.Onto the work: they were professional, timely and quick. Our roof has never looked BETTER, probably never will. This group knows what they're doing, explained afterwards how the roof is to change a minor once finished and to call if something needs to be fixed.As it is, we did have a leak. NO FAULT to the roofers, but once told, they were out to the house the very next day to figure out how to solve the problem. Cannot say enough about this company and will only recommend them from here on out!P.S. The world may never know about that pipe. 👇😅

I called Brown Roofing regarding a concern about a leak. I was worried that I was going to have a large expense figuring that the entire roof was going to have to be replaced. Ty came out in a very timely manor for the inspection. I was pleased the he said not only could be repaired, but a a very reasonable cost! He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them when it comes time for a new roof!

My wife called every roofer in the phonebook for estimates and Brown Roofing Co. is the only one that called us back. He came that day and gave us a free quote. Price was reasonable so we decided to do it and get it done with Brown Roofing Co. As promised, 1 week later, a crew of guys showed up and replaced our old leaky roof with a new hand nailed roof using the dimensional shingles. Mr. Brown explained that the job was fairly large and would take him and his guys 2 days to get it done. To our surprise, his guys finished the job by 6:00 in the evening on the 1st day!!! Brown Roofing Company by far exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend his work to anyone who wants the job done right the 1st time.Cant say enough good things, Thank you for a job well done.Mr. and Mrs. A O

I've used Brown Roofing for years. They repaired my old roof several times before we went ahead and got a new roof. Never had a problem with the roof since. Not a single loose shingle. Later needed a trim piece for an obsolete skylight and they took care of me there too.Beware of the other roofing companies around who only care about you until the check clears. Brown Roofing did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Great communication and shows up when they say they will. We bought a house that had a new roof but the previous contractor never replaced the flashing on the Chimney. We had many leaks on both chimneys. Brown roofing quickly fixed the issue and alerted us to a few other problems that they took care of free of charge. Outstanding service!

After an ice storm did a number on it, Brown Roofing did an awesome job replacing our messy Mid Century Modern low-slope rubber roof. Where other contractors said we could have the metal roof we wanted, Ty was the only one with either enough integrity or experience to say he would not install metal and to explain why we would regret it, and what should be used on this kind of roof instead.We're so glad we went with Brown Roofing and recommend him and his crew highly.

1-22-20 I had Brown roofing out (Ty the owner) to do an inspection. He gave me a $1600 repair quote. They were supposed to come several times, they never showed up. Today, 5-17-20 , still no service. Told Brown roofing on 5-15-20 it had been over 90 days, and we were getting quotes from other companies. Said he was still not doing work on roofs due to the current situation with the virus. Other companies were working, and we needed it completed ASAP. Then, 30 minutes later said he could do it on Monday. In the meantime, I got a better quote 5-17-20 and we told them we need to cancel the service. He said we owe him 10% of a $1600 bill. Would not recommend this company! I couldn't get the work done for over 3 months. They missed their chance. Don't waste your time! Thanks
