We worked with Mike to repair our deck, and we are extremely satisfied! They made repairs to the joists and replaced all of the floor boards and railing. Not only does it look amazing, but it feels so much safer. Mike worked with us when we came up with a somewhat last minute request for an additional support beam so we can put a hot tub on the deck later down the road. They are transparent with their costs and there weren't any huge surprises when it came time for the final bill. The crew they had come out did a great job, worked incredibly fast, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We would certainly recommend Mike and his team for your next project!!

Stay away from this place. Had a bathroom remodel by them. Striped the bathroom quickly then took 3 months to finish. They had no idea what they were doing. Put stuff in tear it back out. Had to keep going back and get stuff because it didn't fit. In the end said they were done and they want their money and the shower door will not stay closed. Threatened to turn us over to collectors. Paid them off getting someone else to finish job. Talk to your neighbor you will find other people they have done this to. I found out to late.

I worked with Steve initially. He was very helpful and great to work with. Rob and Chris came and did most of the work. They did an awesome job! My leak is fixed, my ceiling repaired and painted and my crown molding replaced. They were super nice and did great work. Everyone I dealt with at Jent was great. I especially appreciate how calls were returned quickly and they were always there when they said they would be. I can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely call them again.

Jent construction did our roofing job for half the price of another company we had give an estimate. They were very responsive, always answering texts quickly, getting us an estimate and getting the job done all in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Due to weather, I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Staff are professional and quick to correct any issues. They were working a repair job as another roofing company made a mess of my roof/box gutters and after 5 months we were able to remove the tarp from our roof. I would hire again as my roof looks beautiful!Update:. After a wind storm a piece of metal trim came off and again, it took some time but Jent fixed this without any issue. What a relief to deal with a company that backs their work!

After surveying our roof Dave recognized that it needed to be replaced. He was back the next day with a quote. They were very attentive to the customer's needs and wants. Their work was time-efficient keeping us informed of their plans starting and finishing the job in 1 day.

Scott was prompt in arriving to provide a quote and after receiving other quotes (and not hearing back from some others) on a full gutter replacement, we chose Jent. After providing my down payment they called within the next couple days to schedule their arrival. All work was completed in a day and so far things look much improved (larger gutters, better downspout placement)...now I just need it to rain to be sure. :)

Very impressed from the first phone call to the end of the job. Quoted a fair price and they were very helpful by providing product information and material selection advice. When it came time to do the work the laid down tarps to catch any debris that went off the roof and very meticulously picked up EVERY scrap of debris including nails, old shingles, etc. The final product looks great and not a piece of debris left behind. I could not have asked for a better job. I would recommend them highly. Well Done!

Nov 2019: They did an Excellent service in fixing and replacing our living room floor. Last year we had an incident on Christmas. My dad was trying to surprise us kids and pretend to come down the chimney as Santa. It didn’t work out due to the fact he fell through the roof. Oops, good ole dad. Any who, Jent construction was at our house the very next day and fixed our roof with no problems! Best service and even BETTER people. 100% recommend this company for any of ur construction needs!!

We had roof, siding and gutters done. The roof was done in one day!! Siding and gutters took more time because of our wet spring. The guys were hard workers and polite. I love the job they did!!!!

this business is owned by slumlords.-our building was heated and cooled by a mobile home unit, which caused unbelievably high electric prices. landlord claimed to not know. paid $200-$600 electric bills each month.-nothing was ever fixed or taken care of. the steps broken going up to the building had to be fixed by neighbors. i had to fix the bathtub. leaking coming from ceiling tile.-hot water reeks of sulfur (literally no attempt to fix or look at)-potential asbestos in the building (still unclear)-during our last few weeks there, they cut the power cable going to our building. landlord said “not going to be fixed for a week!” it was never fixed. moved out of a cold, dark apartment.-paid rent every month on time. rent must be paid before 3-4pm each month. if it’s late, it accumulates a fee (which is understandable). but every month their is a “balance” on the account, a fee of $100 is then added. i’ve never paid more than $1000 in fees, except here. landlord has no problem keeping you as least informed as possible.-landlord accused us of not paying rent at all one month. we found the receipt that proved her wrong. super unorganized.

Had a horrible experience with this company. The guy who gave the estimate (Mike) walked around the house and clearly understood what needed to be done, we had two conversations with him about the job. The questions was asked "does this quote include materials" he stated "yes". We went with them based on the price and agreement we spoke about. When the crew showed up they told us that they expected us to have the materials and doubled the price!! They chalked it up to a "misunderstanding" but there wasn't much to misunderstand, we took him at his word and that was our fault. After we discussed the issue with them they weren't willing to stand behind there original word, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

strike one: three months ago i called to get quote. i was told that the message would be givin and someone would call. STILL WAITINGin the meantime my man got on a ladder, to confirm my assessment and called JENT again, unbeknownst to him. "this is the company that never responded/called"present day: He called them three weeks ago or so, again to get a repair/ quote. NO RESPONSE.i will be going on facebook to find someone who will respond.

My husband went in and talked to them about a job, he also called on the phone. They said they would get back to him. It has been a couple of months and no response from them. I have spoken to other people and have been told that they are not reliable. Even if you don't want the job be professional enough to let a potential client know.
