My 1st clue was when she said it was hard telling what they were running from. Most of the crew, if sent, could not speak English. Helped themselves to my tools, a few disappeared, destroyed 11 windows, then said "what windows " those damaged windows were never replaced or properly attended to. They hired another company to finish the job and pull the nails out that were driven through the aluminum frames when hanging new siding. Not good but it gets much much worse. MUCH WORSE. We are still picking up nails. Some of their crew stole a bunch of the metal off of the house. Would even show up at night. They stole wooden beams that were to be used, took off with the box of siding that is left over for the customer. Even the other company said that. Ellis, when metal was yanked off of another window, told me they were not paid to wrap windows. Well lady, you weren't paid to remove it either and it became an issue actually. Even tried to leave several bad cuts as finished. You could see the wood. Speaking of metal wrapping, she up and decides to add another 1,500 dollars to wrap the wooden beams. Problem is, it was already agreed as part of the job. Robbed again.By day 3 they were sending a kid and a young lady out and that was the crew. They are the ones who destroyed the windows. After that, it was one guy from then on. I had to argue when all the facia and other metals that were on the house were stolen. They sent out what I was given the impression of, people that were not even supposed to be here. Thieves. They even got nails in the central air unit outside. Speaking of side, a lot of bad cuts to the siding all over.In all fairness the roofing looks good. When they sent the full crew. After that, not so good.Almost came to blows with one crewman and his buddy showing up after stripping the metal off the house. He was not to be there.My lawyer said I have 2 years to file the claims and a lawsuit.I had to fight and argue with these owners to do by right. Never pay them until the job is done. I made that mistake. And don't forget the extra 1,500 she just decided to tac on, claiming I just added onto the job that was already agreed with her husband.There are other problems as well like the vent system leading out of the attic they screwed up too. I told them 13 times, A-frame over the back door. What is there looks pathetic. The rest is too much to type. These people are an insult to my intelligence.I may be filing a major lawsuit.Re: Remember now, ladies and gentlemen, as I stated what the response was in regard to the damages to the windows,"what windows"....I believe Ellis' response to this review speaks for itself. "Agree to disagree" also seems to be commonly used phrase in other responses as well.I provide the detailed review, you be the judge.

After a storm where we lost a lot of shingles, down to bald spots. They inspected the 20+ yr old roof and determined it would need replacement (not really a surprise to us). They provided an estimate and returned when the insurance adjuster came out. They provided samples of shingle options, scheduled in a convenient and timely manner. The installation was very quick and quite clean (roof replacements are notoriously messy by nature). I had a limb the diameter of a 50 year old tree fall on my roof. Busted rafters, punched through the decking as well as the shingles. Ellis Roofing fixed the damage at a very reasonable cost, plus, when they left they cleaned up very nicely. Good people who do outstanding work.

I hired this company to fix a leak I had on my attic vent pipe. They came and supposedly fixed it. But the leak got worse. I called them back after I paid them and ask them to please come back and fix it right, they said they were busy and would get back to me. They never did, I now have permanent damage to that area of my roof. I would never hire them for any of my properties for reroofing and repairs.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
