AmeriPro did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Dave Gage from AmeriPro was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and always followed-up with me on the schedule and all aspects of the job. The work crew was very good about protecting the landscaping beds and did avery thorough cleanup after the roofing was completed. The office called me the next day to be sure I was happy and ask if I had any questions or concerns. They are honest, experienced, and will do a great job for you.

First off my AmeriPro Roofing Contractor was Dameion Rutledge , and starting the first day I met him , until the day my roofing was completely removed and replaced Dameion was readily available to answer and render me help in every aspect that I needed to get my hail storm damaged roof fixed. The day we first met Dameion got onto my roof and inspected my roof for hail damage we called my insurance company and got a claim number started , Dameion told my insurance everything to make the insurance process quick and got my claim accepted and the roof was replaced without any problems within a couple weeks of meeting Dameion. I feel confident that Dameion will and would answer my phone call quickly and professionally after my job has been done if I were to have any problems or issues. I want to thank Dameion Rutledge for his professional help.

Ameripro did a great job replacing our roof and gutters! We worked with Daniel and he explained the entire process, brought lots of color options and coordinated with both the insurance company and the roof/gutter work crews. The crews who came out to do the work were awesome. They were communicative with both us and Daniel and they were kind and considerate to us as they worked. The entire process was really simple and effortless and the work was done beautifully. We’ve even had a couple heavy rainstorms since the installation to ensure everything is working properly. I highly recommend them!!

We are still waiting on our insurance company to finalize our claim but our roofing contractor is Dameion Rutledge. He is very easy to work with and he has helped us every step of the way so far. He is readily available anytime you need him. He also does everything in his power to make sure your insurance does you right! Our insurance previously gave us a fight on replacing our roof, but Dameion fought back for us and was willing to show the adjuster the evident damage. Daniel Wolf is a professional straight shooter and is a pleasure to work with. In today's world you have to wonder when one is being lead down the garden path or hearing the truth during the first go around. If I was younger and richer and starting a company of my own, I would feel very fortunate to hire Daniel to oversee all employees. They would truly enjoy working with him and nobody would have to worry or be nervous. I believe Ameripro is lucky to have him as a trusted employee. Keep up the good work! We had been talking to several roofing companies to get quotes since our insurance company had previously denied our claim due to the age of our roof. Louis Sheahan was working in my neighborhood an noticed the damage to the roof. I explained our past experience with the insurance denying the claim for replacement/repairs. Louis, and the AmeriPro team, worked with my insurance company to get at least partial coverage (the claim was approved, however, the amount insurance covered was a little less than half due to depreciation.) Once we decided to move forward the process was quick and easy.Materials were delivered on time and the crew showed up first thing in the morning a few days later and knocked it out before 3pm.One of our concerns was being able to keep the existing gutters intact since they are still in great condition. They removed the old shingles (multiple layers) and installed everything without bending or breaking the gutters or downspouts.The install crew went around the entire house multiple times to make sure nails, screws, and other debris were completely cleaned up before they left. This is something I've seen other complain about, however we didn't have any issues.Overall, the experience with AmeriPro was great. I heard about AmeriPro through a friend and reached out to them after noticing significant water damage on the ceiling. My rep, Jon Keller was great! He came out and confirmed hail damage, walked me through how to file a claim and explained exactly how the process would go. He even came out the day before Christmas to meet with me and the insurance company and went over all the issues and steps going forward.When the roofers came across additional issues, AmeriPro called me immediately to let me know what they found, sent me pictures, and reached out to the insurance company.After all was said and done, my roof looks amazing and the crew did an excellent job with cleanup.Outstanding job to Jon and the team, I highly recommend!!

Had new shingles and siding installed. No call before starting, just woke up to people tearing my roof off one day. Left my satellite dish dangling by the wire overnight. Shortly after the roof was done, I was doing some electrical work and noticed the workers dropped trash into my attic through the new vent cutouts they made. So that’s extremely unprofessional.Same story with the siding. Just showed up and started peeling off siding without a call ahead. The siding was finished in November 26th… as of today January 17th, the trash and extra supplies/pallet from the siding are still sitting in my front yard.They said they would return to get it the next day. Nothing. So I would not recommend this company at all. Please seriously consider this and the other reviews for not going with this company. Once the work is done, they no longer care.Before the owner responds, I am a customer and you won’t be able to tell from my google initials.Service: Roof installation

Dave Gage helped a lot with working with my home insurance, documentation / photos, and making sure my needs were met.Once we got the claim finalized, Dave worked with me to find new shingles, scheduling the work, and coordinating payments based on my insurance coverage.The team showed up early and worked very hard to get the job done in one day.I'd like to thank Dave, and the AmeriPro team, for all the support during the claim process. After a bad hail storm. I went with Ameripro and they delivered. Their claims department worked with my insurance through the whole process, helping with the original claim and setting up a reassessment. My rep Josh York was responsive and communicative. Very high-quality materials and workmanship! There were some delays, waiting on the insurance company adjuster, and supply chain, but once the materials were delivered, the crew showed up at 7 AM the next day and had our roof completely replaced by 6 PM and yard & driveway cleaned up like they were never there! Our sales rep was helpful and flexible throughout the process, giving us a much higher quality roof than what was storm damaged, and insurance covered it all! The new shingles are three times thicker than the old ones, we have improved ventalation (which will reduce utility bills) and better flashing.
