Josh Davis at Chapman Neil Property Solutions sent a crew to my home and did a crawlspace encapsulation and installed insulation. They did an excellent job. Now my crawlspace is staying at 34% humidity and my brand new dehumidifier hardly ever runs to keep the humid low. They also recently replaced the roof (due to hail damage), new gutters and new exterior paint. All their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Josh Davis and his crew for your next project. We used Chapman Neil Property Solutions when we needed new siding on our house. Thanks to the 50mph winds that blew through in the spring, the siding was blown off the side of our chimney. CNPS came in and worked with our insurance adjuster to help make sure that we received the best estimate possible. They took the time to sit with us and help us pick out the new colors for our home. The work they provided to us was quick and professional. Every person on their team was kind, polite and professional. After the job was complete they cleaned up our property and if it wasn't for the great transformation of our home you never would have known they were there. Additionally, as with all home improvement projects that my husband and I embark on, we discovered that one of our new windows we had installed (with another company) had been leaking since installation. Not only did CNPS come to our house after hours in the middle of a terrible storm to help stop the water from coming into our house, they personally called the company that installed our windows to help us start a claim for a warranty replacement. We will absolutely be using CNPS for all of our home improvement needs from now on. They responded quickly, they communicated well, and they are very professional.

Replaced a section of gutter and downspout. Great job all around. When you find great help like this you start looking for problems so you can have them fix them.Communication with Josh upfront described what to expect. Kyle came out and measured. Quote came quickly later (no pressure sales) and was line itemed so I could select what work I wanted done. Once I was ready to have work done, a couple quick e-mails and work was scheduled for Monday of the next week.Finished product was better than I'd hoped, made me want to replace the rest of my gutters. Nice grade to down spout, perfect color match, and no more nail heads. Kyle and one helper had it done quickly and even fixed a bit of the roof drip edge.Highly recommendService: Gutter repairs

It is rare these days to find a company that communicates well, executes as promised, and then follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. Chapman Neil replaced the roof on my house and a flat roof on the back porch. They returned my call on the same day, within 48 hours they had sent me a quote and helped me pick out an appropriate shingle and color for my house. Even though the roof was a double tear off, Chapman Neil's crew completed the job in one day. I was surprised to see how neat and clean my yard was when they left. The flat roof was applied the next day. This job was also completed in one day. They were able to stop a leak that had been a problem for years. I was pleased with every aspect of the work. A co-owner, came by the next day to make sure we were satisfied.My neighbors saw Chapman Neil's work and hired them to do gutter work on their home. They were very happy with the work and how quickly it was completed.

My insurance company only wanted to replace half my roof after a hail storm. After Josh inspected my property he sent pictures to the adjuster and he not only got the adjuster to replace the whole roof, but also gutters, downspouts, facia, screens and power wash my privacy fence and gave it two coats of stain.All work was done professionally and on time. I had initially contacted three roofers to obtain an estimate for a leaking roof. I will not list the other two, but would suggest that one was very rude to my wife, and the other never responded with a quote at all. Josh from Chapman Neil, was very professional, and polite. Chapman Neil staff just completed installation of a new roof to our condo and we were very impressed with this process from beginning to end. Their workers were very professional, courteous , approachable, and timely throughout the process of replacing our roof. A great deal of attention was given to protection of our property in around where there interaction occurred. Their clean up effort was outstanding both before, during and after while this project was in progress. First, Joshwas very easy to deal with. On the day that was scheduled for them to replace my roof, the work crew showed up even a little early. They worked consistently. Everyone acted very professionally the entire time. They did a great GREAT job of cleaning up. I have yet to find even the first piece of debris left behind. That was not the case with another company ten years ago. One section was even left better by them than they found it that morning. Very happy with these guys, happy enough to ask Josh to have a crew of his to return to remove three bushes beside my house - it will sure save my back.

Chapman Neil saved the day! I called them when a client needed a roof replaced in the middle of a house selling transaction, we needed answers and work done quickly AND we needed a fair price to keep the sale together. They delivered! Josh got us a competitive bid back right away for a high quality roof and made sure he could get a crew out there before the end of the week so that we could get our buyers in the house on time. Jered and his crew just did an amazing job on my home. Was very impressed with how quick they responded from the original quote to the finished product. When a problem was discovered during the installation, the company owner dropped what he was doing at another location, to come and personally tell me what the problem was and explained the solution. He could of done with this a phone call, but the personal commitment was outstanding. His crew was exceptional hard workers. It was a bigger job than any of us originally thought it would be and they were diligent in getting it done in one day and worked very hard. We contacted Chapman Neil Property Solutions for a roof replacement estimate. Alex called back within a couple hours and set up a date to visit and estimate the work. When he arrived, he explained what my options were and made sensible suggestions about the project. He took pictures and went over the procedures and costs. Scheduled the project and when the weather soured, he rescheduled. The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and worked until well after the sun went down. They returned the next morning and finished the job. Clean up was extraordinary. they swept the grounds for nails and trash at least three times.Within a couple of days we had a hard rain and there was a leak in the sunroom. Called and CNPS sent a crew to have a look and they repaired the problem within a day. The problem was not the roofer's fault but the original construction crew some twenty years ago. CNPS was and is very particular with their work. The experience was pleasing and reasonably priced. I will contact Chapman Neal again when I need other projects tackled.

Phenomenal job! They replaced bad boards, weatherstripping, cleaned and painted our hardy plank and trim. Communication was great and they aimed to please. They didn't rush the job and made sure everything was 100% before they left. Very professional and always cleaned up after every shift. They even installed our top row of Christmas lights for us as an added bonus.

I had a major roof leak and contacted CNPS to come out and inspect the roof. They were able to offer us a 2 year warranty on our repairs and were able to work with us where as other roofing companies just wanted us to replace the roof. They got in the attic and located the leaks for us before getting on the roof to ensure the problems were all identified. I highly recommend CNPS to anyone who is in need of roofing work.
