CRG has been doing their RAPID renovations at an apartment community i manage for the past several months. My team, along with our residents, have been beyond impressed with not only how much work is done in a single day, but with the quality of work that we’ve received during this process. Each home receives an immense amount of care and it’s apparent that the team takes pride in their work. They have went above and beyond for our residents. Our renovations will be complete in June & my team is going to miss having the CRG teams on site every day. Whoever is blessed to have Cindy & Randy leading the team at their next project, you’re going to be so impressed. Keep up the great work & thank you for all that you do!! :)

If I was yall insurance agent I would be having a heart attack. White truck on 465 doing easily 80 swerving in and out of traffic in a construction zone. It's crazy you have like 7 reviews about driving and haven't corrected this issue.For anyone looking to hire them...if they work like they drive you can guarantee your job gets done so fast it isn't safe, with a dangerous lack of regard for safety in the construction zone, and extremely sloppily.And to management, if your guys are so short staffed your guys HAVE to drive like this to get between jobs, you should be replaced.

My apartment is contracting this company out. I’m so ready for renovations to be done here. They left blood on my walls, our towel racks are falling out already AND they cracked my tv that had been securely placed in a designated spot by the orders. They’re currently residing in empty units and play music all night, stop and watch you when you’re outside and leave trash around our complex. Woke up this morning to find beer cans all over.

You would think someone in a company vehicle wouldn’t drive like a “jackass”. One driver literally almost ran my little sister off the highway remind you we weren’t even in the fast line. I hope your services aren’t as bad as your drivers.

One of your drivers cut me off, nearly hitting my front passenger fender on the 465. I could even see him smile and maybe laugh in his side mirror right after he did it. Seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. Consider having some meetings about this or seriously upping the standards of who you employ.

CRG has been installing new windows in our apartment complex in Pensacola, Florida, and today was our building's turn!They did a beautiful job and the crew were so nice!!!They were respectful, pleasant and knew their business,! Very nice guys!!! They cleaned up well when they finished also.We would highly recommend them! ♥️

While driving north on 65, a company truck (license plate 511JW) was swerving in and out of traffic, honking at people that were in his way, tailgating and being reckless. Why does this company not care how their employees drive and represent the company?? Dangerous and obviously not the first time someone has complained about their drivers.

So my apartment complex contracted out with these guys to do a remodel of our place and they left our place dirty as hell… additionally, after they left my wife decided to go use to the bathroom and apparently these guys do not know how to install a toilet because we ended up with waste water all over our bathroom…. This happened last night and still no word from these guys on getting this fixed… Definitely would have someone double check EVERYTHING they do.Edit: forgot to mention they stained the carpet so bad that we now have to have professional cleaners come in and clean the carpets… really poor service.

This company is the worst. Their workers are super disrespectful. They play their music super loud though I asked them almost everyday to turn it down. I have reached out to the site manager, I even called the corporate office to complain and apparently they don't care. I work from home and when I am in meetings, coworkers ask me to turn MY music down. They have had cookouts in one of the work areas right outside my place drinking beer and playing loud music. Site manager was right there with them.A couple of the employees have really loud cars and they rev theirs engines loud just because.Some of this may have been tolerable had the work been excellent, however it was just the opposite. They got floor adhesive on my carpet, mirror bounce and wobble when you clean them because they aren't secured correctly, they left marks on cabinets and walls. They left holes in walls and the flooring is lifting already...it has only been 2 months since the finish.If you care about your property and the people who live on it DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.I live in Fairway Lakes in Ohio.

The complex where I live, Woodbridge Apartments, is currently going through renovation and they hired CRG to come in an remodel the units here. The renovation for my unit specifically took place last week on Wednesday, 6/2/2021.After being out of my apartment for nearly 12 hours I returned home to several issues. While the main renovation work itself was not bad, there were a handful of things that stuck out afterwords, making the work look incomplete. The renovation crew left MANY black handprints on our walls that we needed to clean. These handprints were both up- and downstairs on the white walls of the apartment. My 9 year-old son found several pieces of hardware and screws that were left all around the house from their work.I understand the management office explained to us that there would be some "dust" settling after the work that we would need to clean up, but paint chips, hardware, black handprints, and screws are not dust to me.The biggest issue I had with this company dealt with damage the workers caused to personal effects I had in my home. I confirmed with the management office and site supervisor that a small table I had next to my bed was not in the way. When I came home after 12 hours of being away from my apartment I found the table, along with my effects on it, seemingly shoved aside. There were items knocked over, things shoved in behind the table, and, since someone decided to toss a heavy marble bookend on top of this table, items were broken.This was a display of total disrespect by the renovation crew. I brought the issue up to Woodbridge and asked for CRG's information. The management office apologized, and said the site supervisor said the situation must have been due to someone "bumping" the table. That's an unacceptable excuse, because the table was shoved. Heavy items were tossed on it that caused others to break.There has been no follow-up to this and CRG refuses to take responsibility for their actions.And just like with another review here, I have had to call office management about CRG workers pulling up in their car with the doors open and blasting music loud enough to echo throughout the whole complex.Seriously think twice before you bring this company in to do any work for you, and if you see them in your complex I would recommend you speak with your management office.*Disclaimer: The gentlemen who replaced our windows were very nice and professional. I am not aware if they were part of CRG or not.

Live at Quail Run where they’re doing all new windows (5 in our place alone). They worked quickly, and efficiently. I have a baby who even slept through it! We had a little area we were concerned about and they were back in within minutes to make it right. AMAZING crew! Kudos to you guys! You made a big renovation feel less stressful. No complaints. Thank you!

Today on the 69 N 7:45 pm the driver in truck 57 was watching a video on his phone. He was swerving all over the place, driving in the shoulder. I’ve got this on video. I hope whatever he was watching was worth putting others lives at risk.

The crew working on one of their projects in the Nora area have no respect for the residents who live in the area. They play music loudly over their equipment with disregard to the people who live in the neighborhood. I've called both the company and the complex with no avail.
