We chose to work with Elevated Exteriors because they promised to help us negotiate with Allstate Insurance to cover all the hail storm damage we needed. They did. They knew "the right words" to make our claim. Every person we met at the company from Fernando Lagunas as our sales contact, to Brock Schoonover, to Joe Watson, to every tradesperson who came to make our several repairs were professional, trained and knew what to do. The work site around our house was picked up, and we appreciate our new roof, new gutters, new garage doors and even new mailbox! Thank you Elevated Exteriors!

I have used Elevated Exteriors twice now in the last two years, once for my primary home and most recently for my mother’s house. They installed a new roof on my home and a new roof and gutters on my mother’s home. Plus they painted the exterior and trim.Brock, Dale and their team are fantastic. They are what you want in a company, i.e., honest, customer focused, with follow through and communication. Both of these installations were due to hail and/or wind damage.For both, they were the single-point of contact for me and deal with almost all the insurance communication and negotiation. I cannot stress how important and seamless this was for the overall process.So, I guess you can surmise that I would use them again. Well that is correct based on what I captured above.
