Although it wasn't really his responsibility, he took the lead with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. Made everything easy for us and the end product looks great!

This company is the only company I will use from now on for any roofing repairs/installation. I had two ridge vent caps missing on my roof from possible wind damage. A starling (bird) had made a huge beachball size nest in my attic thanks to one of the missing caps. I cleaned up the nest and Jesse and Bryce installed my new caps two days after contacting. These two gentlemen are friendly, polite, transparent with a speedy response…the epitome of excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Jax Roofing enough.Well done guys and again, thank you!

Bryce with Jax Roofing Indiana was very easy to work with and walked me through the insurance claim process. He communicated each step, notified me when we might have to push out for rain, showed up on time on the scheduled day, and was done within a few hours. He sent me photos of my finished roof since I wasn’t able to come back out. If I hadn’t seen the crew removing the shingles and saw the new roof when I got back, I wouldn’t have believed they were there because they left the outside of my house so clean. Thanks!

Bryce and Jax Roofing helped us with a new roof after our home sustained wind damage from a storm. Bryce was extremely helpful when it came to dealing with our insurance company, guiding us every step of the way. Initially our insurance company only wanted to cover about half of the cost to replace our roof, but Bryce was able to show the insurance company that matching existing shingles was not possible which led to our insurance company covering nearly all of the replacement cost.The roofing crew who completed the work was on time, professional, and courteous. Our roof was 17 years old and we recently had wind storm damage. We lost a couple of shingles and few other were flopping around. The insurance company wanted to fix the shingles which were discontinued several years ago by the manufacturer. This was the first time I was replacing my roof and had no idea what to do.I contacted 3-4 roofers and Jax Roofing stood out for us. They were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire replacement process including back and forth with the insurance company. They also fixed the missing shingles while we were battling the insurance company. After about a 3 month battle, the insurance company agreed to pay for the entire roof minus my deductible.The roof replacement was completed in a day by their crew and it was professional job. After the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly and went around the house with a large magnet to pick up any metallic debris. They removed our patio furniture and put it back when they were done.In conclusion, there is no way I could have had the insurance company pay for the entire roof. It was entirely due to Jax Roofing’s help and guidance that I was able to do so. During the entire process, I found Jax to be very professional, responsive and knowledgeable.
