Restor Group did a fabulous job on my roof replacement. Chase was excellent to work with on this project! He was prompt to respond, and answered all of my questions. Most importantly Restor’s work is clean and Chase was skilled and professional. It is refreshing to have an honest, local service to walk you thru the experience from start to finish. Especially when you are not an expert in the field. I am also particular and they dealt with that well.😊 I have referred them to others and will continue to do so. Thanks again!

After a significant storm in our area, we had Restor Group come out relative to hail damage. James, one of the project supervisors, came out to inspect the roof and concluded it sustained enough damage for a claim. He worked diligently and expediently with our insurance company and answered any/all questions we had along the way. He provided us with shingle color options as well as any other items that would be replaced. I highly recommend Restor Group for roof replacement/repair and ask for James specifically for his excellent customer service and reliability.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I had shingles missing from my roof which I believe was from the hail storm. I called a couple of roofers looking for an inspection and recommendation. Hugh from Restor came out. He was both very friendly and professional.Hugh’s extremely thorough inspection revealed significant hail damage to my home and garage roofs.There was one spot where the shingles and underlying roofing felt were torn away exposing the plywood. Hugh said he would send someone out immediately to put a temporary patch on that location before I suffered water infiltration.In the end Restor did the work. The crew that came out worked incredibly hard, stripping and replacing both roofs in LESS THAN TWO DAYS! The clean up was exemplary as well.I would highly recommend Restor Group Outstanding service and attention to detail.

This is the WORST Company I have ever entrusted with my choice for a roofing repair. They continuously contacted me to repair my roof, damages caused by the hail storm. Once we signed their contract to complete the repairs, we never heard from them, unless we contacted them. RESTOR took 1 year from the initial down payment to complete a simple roof repair. They destroyed a 20 foot blue spruce by tearing off the branches. They destroyed my beautiful hydrangeas, and the employees drove their hummers on my lawn with their radios blasting. Lastly, they utilized my outdoor outlets to run their equipment, and left their compressors running all night using my electricity. All of this without asking us. RESTOR is absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked with!Service: Roof damage repair

The high pressure and over the top sales job from the owner and their salesperson on what should have been a simple insurance claim should have been a red flag…Assured we would spend $0 out of pocket I am now writing a check for almost $5k. I have been to the tire store twice to have tires patched from finding roofing nails, and daily I do laps around my house still finding shingles, metal shards from gutter trimming, nails, underlayment, more nails, and more nails.Communication throughout the process has been bad, at best, and the process has been nothing as promised.Two stars instead of one because the roof and gutters look tight af.

BUYER BEWARE - My 90 year old Aunt contracted with RESTOR to replace her roof and was rewarded with a roof that leaked in over 6 places around her house. Tried to get them to come back and repair, back and forth for months, and their remedy was to apply a black membrane over leak spots. We had a roofing engineer analyze the causes, and his report clearly stated that the roofing was not installed correctly by RESTOR. Litigation costs would have equaled replacement, so we hired a more reputable roofing company and they had to replace the entire roof, along with repair structural/decking damage caused by RESTOR's installation. Now we get to repair the damage inside caused by the many leaks. RESTOR claims that all damage was caused before their project, but we know and have evidence that was incorrect.Service: Roof installation

Had my whole house restoration done with these guys and jacob was really good at taking getting everything damaged covered by insurance. This company did great job on my roof, its been 3 months later and ive had no further issues. Wasnt too sure if i should go with another company or not since my roof was an 18 pitch and 3 stories, i trusted their experience and process and everything went very smoothly. RESTOR Group LLC., completed my home roof replacement in 2017. I would not hesitate to recommend RESTOR and their team for any type of home construction. I researched several roof replacement companies and chose RESTOR because of their very detailed planning process and the fact they become your “project manager”. I did not have to organize or coordinate any of the contractors, vendors, INSURANCE etc. on my end. RESTOR handled all of it, which is invaluable. The process was very stress free.I dealt primarily with the office manager who was respectful, prompt, organized and very helpful in answering my questions. All of the members of the construction team were pleasant and professional. My roof replacement was done as scheduled and looks beautiful.

This was our second time working with RESTOR. We had a great experience a few years ago. Unfortunately, this time the communication was terrible from start to finish among all aspects. I felt like a nuisance every time I had to reach out to ask a question or follow up for the timeline and invoice corrections. Our roof is fine, but if you want to know what’s going on with your project and feel like a valued customer, I wouldn’t recommend.

James and his group were very helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to help with our roof and helped us by meeting with insurance adjusters to figure out if we had an insurance claim or not. Once everything was approved the roof was put on in a week. New gutters within the month and inside repair and painting in that same time frame to work around our schedules. Overall we are very satisfied with Restor and have referred them to many neighbors and friends.

James was out door to door soliciting today and after I politely explained that my roof has recently been inspected and I do not have need of his company's services proceeded to make about a 47 point turn in my driveway instead of backing out, drove over about $100 of plants, and threw gravel barking his tires. With this sort of behavior when trying to earn business, I can only imagine how little care would be taken once you've committed to working with Restor.9/24/19 update: James returned and apologized for the situation from his visit. He also reimbursed me for the damaged plants.

No help, no suggestions, no follow up. “Here is a form. Fill it out and send it to your insurance company” They did not replace my roof or anything else. They did put 2 very small tarps on it and charged me $350. I ended up paying $250 after calling and complaining. I hired Another company who went above and beyond to get this project done. Not just the roof, but the siding and gutters also.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI’m not even sure where to begin with this place. The only positive experience we had was the project manager that helped us out. His name is Clint and he was a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Other than that, the customer service with this company is a disaster. Good luck getting anyone to return an email or address any of the issues you have with the project you paid for.Second, this company doesn’t actually do any of the work at all. They basically just hire contractors to do the work so if you are looking for anyone that does the work, find an actual contractor because this company is not in the business of replacing roofs, they are in the business of taking your money and hiring somebody else to do it.We had our roof and siding replaced, both of which were done by separate companies. When we sold our house, the inspector found that there were large amounts of snow in the attic, something that would be unusual for a brand new roof. After five days of waiting for someone to respond to my issue, they sent the guy out that replaced the roof (NOT Restor), but of course he didn’t leave any paperwork at all so I have nothing to give our new buyers to prove that there is nothing wrong with the roof and again, nobody will return any of my calls or emails.The siding company (whoever that was??) put an exhaust cover on the intake side of our chimney which was flagged by the inspector and I cannot get this company to return my calls or emails on this one as well. This place is a complete joke. Definitely go with anyone but this company, all of the reviews on here are clearly either paid for or written by friends of the owner.My advice to the owner of this establishment, respond to customers that have paid tens of thousands of dollars for a project. You have received all of the messages that I have sent as well as your secretary and customer service team and the project manager in charge of this. I haven’t received any paperwork, documentation or answers to the problems that we have with our siding and roof.

Restor was prompt in coming out to my house and helping quote all of the damage due to hail (over $5k separate from the roof) . They said they would be able to take care of all of the damage from the storm. However, once the insurance company said the roof did not need replaced - it was quickly clear that they weren't interested in performing any of the other repairs.

Terrible customer service, with extremely slow response times to emails and phone calls even after we experienced issues. Required constant follow up to find out when the work would be done because they did not proactively schedule with us. Also required many calls to have left over material which was blocking our driveway (making it unusable) picked up after the work was done. Make sure to check through your final quote carefully, they tried to charge us for work and materials that was not done/installed and demanded proof (which thankfully I had) before they would adjust the bill. Later needed a repair under warranty and they recommended that I just fix the siding myself because their contractor was no longer in the country. Also, read through the other reviews — strange to have current employees leave 5-star reviews for their own boss.

Can I give 0 stars?Maybe others have had better interactions, but I’ve never had a worse interaction with any vendor than I just had with Restor who was scheduled to make roof repairs as part of closing on my home. The sellers already paid Restor for the work, yet it took 4+ weeks for Restor to actually complete the work.After waiting a week after closing and expecting Restor to reach out to schedule the work, but hearing nothing, I called Restor and was told I’d get a call back to schedule. Great! People are busy and I’ll get a follow up. Nope. Three (3) weeks passed with nothing still until last night at 7:00p a crew in an unmarked van pulled up stating they were here to complete the work - no scheduling by Restor, no calling ahead, guy didn’t remember who he was performing the work for since Restor subcontracted the work, the van had no logo or anything for any company. Timing and everything else surrounding the situation was absolutely bizarre.Fast forward to today when I received an angry call from a completely unprofessional Restor rep asking why I turned the crew down yesterday. Five (5) words into giving my explanation of the situation I was cut off and asked if I wanted the work complete or not. Several more attempts at explaining the situation and being cut off later I asked to speak with the person’s manager. I was told that they were the manager and the only person higher is the owner. I was then denied speaking to the owner regarding the situation and the employee’s way of handling the situation. Instead the owner yelled across whatever room they were in that I “...can find someone else for the work” - super professional again.The same subcontractor shows up today earlier than their window without a warning again. This time they do not knock on my door to inform me they're here to complete the work - they simply set up their ladders and begin working on my house. Not once during the work did they interact with me, even after finishing. I just saw their van pull away down the street and out of the neighborhood.I’ve been in the construction industry for years and have not once had to deal with another company acting this way.I really hope this acts as a warning for anyone considering using Restor or having to deal with them, and that you do not have the same experience I did.

Restor did water damage repair and replacement. Our new flooring buckled (improperly installed by them) and they would not work with me on getting it replaced. I received a summery judgement against them (they didn't even bother to go to court ).Horrible company about returning phone calls, giving writing documentation of their work, etc.
