Extremely knowledgeable with roofing codes and specs. Especially with older homes and roofs. I’d recommend Patrick and Rojas for any roof inspection/repairs/replacement. Patrick did a 15 yr roof inspection on our 1973 built ranch home. Walked through the details and able to give reasonable quotes/recommendations for minor repairs and a detailed report on the health of the roof exterior and interior. Doesn’t oversell anything.

We have had some roof repair work done by Rojas roofing, and I would highly recommend. Patrick came out to give us our original estimate and was extremely patient and able to explain the work that was needed. The work was completed quickly and I was happy with the results. Larry and guys, came out did a complete inspection of our house, we had a big hail storm the night before and just wanted an opinion on what they thought about, if we had any damage. We had a company who was walking around earlier that morning said that we did have damage and gave me an rough estimate. Told my insurance company they said to get a 2nd opinion so called my Wife called Rojas and they said they could but it would be next week. They called a little bit later and said that they could be here today between 12:00 - 1:00 , WOW. They showed up went through there process on what they do, then they did there examination of the house inside and outside, top to bottom, side to side, front to back. Then they came back and discussed their findings with my wife and myself. I Loved their 💯 honest opinion about their assessment. They were Completely Different than the Salesman from this morning, as are roof was only 8 years old. They didn't find any major damage at all. There was a few little things here and there but nothing that was too cost that much money. I told them ( no name dropping, but how much) and they laughed.So I would recommend Rojas. Now I Don't know how there work is done, but if it is how there are when they come out and inspect your house you are in good shape.Thanks Again for everything Rojas,Kent Waddelow

Michael is absolutely great to work with. We moved into a house that had Rojas do the roof before we moved in. Twice we had Michael come out to check for a possible leak which turned out to be leaking ducting from an improperly installed bathroom fan ducting. He took photos, videos, and even put caulk down on an external vent just in case. Michael and Rojas went above and beyond both times. We never even had them do a roof but if anyone asks I’ll always recommend Rojas now.

The Rojas team did an amazing job with my roof replacement and ceiling repair. They installed a tarp to fix the leaking before they replaced the roof. It came out great. The leaks also damaged the ceiling of the master bedroom, and the crew was able to remove the compromised areas and replaced and refinished the ceiling. I was really happy with punctuality, communication and price.

I had brown spots on ceiling. Inspection found no problem with roof and even located potential plumbing problem for me in attic ceiling space that no service person had ventured in over twenty years. Honest about roof.No charge inspection. Report to come so I can show plumber. Thank-you to Rojas roofing. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We recently had Rojas replace our roof, soffits, gutters, and fascia. From start to finish they were amazing. Patrick Spaulding walked me through the whole process and always made sure we were kept informed. He was very friendly and professional. Mike Magadan the project manager, always kept me up to date once the project started and was very professional. Both of these guys are true assets to this company. We had a small warranty issue later and in less than a week they were here and fixed the problem.
