Had a leaking porch roof from an unclear source. Carl spent literal hours diagnosing where the issue was coming from and once he found the problem, he had it fixed same day. Then had as a courtesy a crew out to get the porch repainted and this was done super quickly. Carl was timely, responsive, and professional. Had an initial issue not getting a call back in a timely manner for roof inspection. However, after following up and bringing this to their attention, they made it a point to prioritize my appointment and send someone out ASAP to address the problem and make things right. Started out very good but when we go to fixing roof and the side of the wall it took more than 3 month. Still not complete and having to move on to a different roofer.
