Will update again when the job is completed.Chris stopped out and offered his services right after we were hit by a recent hail storm. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and took time to explain in detail the process of what needed to be done for our home to be repaired. He has been tremendously helpful through the situation, and has taken a great deal of stress out of the whole process. I could not recommend the Roof Squad more!

There is a reason Roof Squad has such great reviews. Rob Marshall was our point of contact throughout a project that saw us replace our siding, roof, trim, soffits, gutters and downspouts. Rob was accessible, communicative and exceptionally professional throughout the process. Our two-story roof was torn off and reroofed by lunchtime. Also, Jorge Rodriguez deserves acknowledgment for his meticulous preparation and workmanship while finishing and painting the new siding. Impressive company.

We came home from vacation to find our roof ridge vent at a 90° angle. I called this company based on a recommendation from our neighbor and they came out the next day to assess the situation. The gentleman who came took the time and effort to bend the vent back into place so the attic would not be open to the elements while we were waiting for the part to be available. I worked with Rob and he was very pleasant to work with. The time frames he gave me to get the job completed was either on time or earlier than he told me. The work was done very nice and in a very timely manner! Also let me say that his price quotes did not change after the completion of the work so there were no unpleasant surprises in cost. The men who installed the shingles and did the roof repair were hard workers and did a great job. Also the left over roofing supplies were left in my driveway so I called Rob and he had all of the supplies picked up within an hour. I wish all contractors had the same ethic as this company does!The day the gutters were installed it was cold and rainy and I thought these guys aren’t gonna come but they did and let me add they did a great job! We had a GOOD EXPERIENCE!Our old roof had a section that had been wavy for thirty years, because it needed a rafter repair. Our roof was replaced once about twenty years ago, before the Roof Squad did it recently, and that roofer could not fix the rafters. We didn't know if ANY roofer could fix that. The Roof Squad was confident they could do it, and showed us before-and-after pictures where they did a very challenging rafter repair. They did our rafter repair and our roof is nice and flat! We were impressed.We replaced our siding years before hail damaged our roof. They were able to rescue/protect/save our gutters from having to be replaced. Yay!The crew protected our landscaping. We forgot to bring in a shepherd hook with an expensive hummingbird feeder, and a worker noticed it and gently laid it out of harm's way.The crew was respectful, worked together harmoniously, and diligent. A crew of eight worked 14 hours one day with very little break-time, and they were still smiling at the end of the day! The crew worked as quietly as possible.Rob is very trustworthy. When you're depending on a roofer to replace all those sheets and only those sheets that need replacement, that's just one area where you need to be able to trust them. And we knew we could trust Rob and his crew.As soon as the roof was done, the crew meticulously picked up every bit of debris, followed by the owner coming out and rechecking the cleanup.Service: Roof installation

Roof Squad did a great job removing our old roof and replacing it with a new one. We chose them based upon a recommendation from a friend. Since we were paying for the roof out of pocket we needed to make sure we were going to get a good value and quality workmanship. Rob, the owner, was very helpful picking out the shingle that best suited our needs and his crew was available within a week to get the job done. The crew that performed the job was very friendly and professional. We have 2 dogs so I worried about nails that may have made their way into the yard. To date I have not seen one! It has rained substantially since the roof was replaced and we have had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend Roof Squad to anyone that is looking to replace their roof. Our experience with them was ideal. They have earned our trust.
