UHQ did a fantastic job in helping us manage a hail damage insurance claim with our home. Once scheduled, the work was completed much faster than anticipated. They also clearly take pride in their work, because they were sure to quickly remedy some remaining quirks after the final walkthrough. The UHQ team kept us updated along the entire process and even came out to discuss several options before performing the work. They take smaller projects as serious as bigger ones. Our house which was built in 1980 still had the original siding (which was visually showing damage) and windows (which were extremely difficult to open and were not energy efficient. After getting quotes with several companies in the area, we chose UHQ based on the products offered (we wanted Hardie board siding and Marvin windows), ease of the process (everyone was knowledgeable and friendly) and competitive pricing. These are the best guys! I had woodpecker damage a year ago, they completed the job quickly, professionally, and the quality work was excellent. Had them back out today to look at more woodpecker damage to another area. While they were here, I asked for them to quote a large two window door replacement. I can’t express enough what a phenomenal company this is…I will use them for every project. And based on how much woodpeckers apparently love my house…guessing UHQ will eventually be replacing all my siding. lol

10-26-22 UHQ Construction replaced a small amount of trim on my home. UHQ was paid the initial deposit of $1,167.00 to begin this work. This was a one-day project and inspection late in the afternoon resulted in additional remedial work to be done the next day, 10-27-22.On 10-29-22 I began painting the replacement trim and discovered that during the trim replacement process a window frame had been completely destroyed and covered up by UHQ with caulking. I immediately advised them of the issue discovered via text and photos with no response until 10-31-22. UHQ's initial response was to offer a $100 credit and maybe attempt to vinyl weld the destroyed frame which was not acceptable.On 11-1-22 I sent more workmanship deficiency photos to UHQ and again asked for a contingency plan when the vinyl weld idea does not work. The only contingency plan I could think of was a window replacement at their expense which they could do.On 11-9-22 I received a final response from UHQ, they offered excuses as to why their gross negligence which lead to the destruction of my window frame was not their fault and a revised credit of $500 was offered, but still no offer of a window replacement. When I refused this offer, I was threatened with legal action from UHQ to secure their remaining funds and I advised them that I would take care of having the window replaced at their expense.As it stands, we are left with a substandard project from UHQ and a destroyed window. Due to their lack of honesty, integrity and poor quality of workmanship we will now incur much greater expense from a simple trim replacement job.

We loved our experience with UHQ Construction! Cory met with us at our home, did multiple walks around the house, taking photos of all of our homes siding issues. Then we set up a time to meet virtually and went over a whole presentation about the company, our issues on our home, and how they were planning on fixing them. Then another employee, Clay, and Cory came out for a pre build inspection before getting started.During the construction, Miguel and Charlie were our guys. They always showed up on time, around 0700-0800, and worked nonstop. We enjoyed their company and loved chatting with them! They went above and beyond to ensure we loved every modification they were making.Finally, Tammy was amazing! She called us every Friday to communicate about the timeline before we got started, always giving us a tentative start date. Due to our build being in the spring, we did get pushed back a week due to rain. She was quick to communicate that and left no room for questioning on what was going on.From the initial phone call to financing to the end touchups, the team worked diligently to ensure we were getting what we wanted every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better company to replace our siding and gutters. We would highly recommend them time and time again.

Sales (David) was not pushy and gave honest recommendations on the work to be performed and the execution of the project led by Cory was successfully completed much earlier than estimated. Superb communication!!!After considering several companies to replace our siding, trim and gutters, we decided to use UHQ. They weren't the least expensive but spent by far the most time explaining the process, educating and helping with our decision making every step of the way. We used a prebaked color Hardie plank board which needed some touch up after install. The touch up paint was not an exact match. UHQ worked with us tirelessly to get the job done and the entire house repainted and touched up until we were fully satisfied. The end result is EXACTLY what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with their communication and service.

UHQ tore down my old siding and put up hardie board. Very happy with my new exterior. As good as the siding looks now, I have to give the highest of compliments to Corey and Miguel and his team. The quality of service is truly top notch and was truly impressed every step of the way. The team was able to start my project early and they finished much earlier than anticipated.
