If you want a quality fence at a reasonable price, then On the Level Fence and Deck is the place to call. They are a local business, they are professional and friendly, from start to finish. My neighbors had their fence installed by On the Level as well and they are very happy. They back their work as well, if ever there is an issue, they will take care of it. The guys at On The Level Fence and Deck were very thorough and very professional throughout the entire process of them doing our fence last spring. We have referred them to our neighbors, friends, and family. I will definitely be using them again as projects arise at our home. Don't waste your time looking for other estimates! This company was great to work with, they returned phone calls, emails and came way earlier than expected to install our much needed fence. (We have a dog that needs a yard to run in). During Covid it’s very hard to even find a company willing and able to install a fence promptly. My husband and I feel they went above the standard to install our fence so quickly before winter set in. The fence looks great and the guys that installed it were very diligent and hard workers. These guys are great! They came recommended by a few different people, some family and friends that have used them for installing fences. They installed a rare fence system for me that other installers i contacted wouldn't even consider installing. Thought these guys never did it before they were up for the challenge and though it was different and probably more labor than a regular vinyl fence i think they still charged me about the same rate. Im in construction and i can tell when people are good at there trade and these guys are! We agreed on their initial price which was a good deal! And they kept their original start date that they gave me and once they started they got it done in a reasonable timeframe. They left the place cleaned up and looking good. Will be using them again for a deck,

8-26-2017 UPDATEDI'm now convinced this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. When they didn't hold up to their end of the contract, I simply asked for my deposit back. Ignoring this request, they decided to go onto my property WITHOUT PERMISSION, unannounced to deliver the materials. The last message I left was that if they didn't remove the materials from my property, I would do it. And I did. Will be reporting them to the BBB and disputing the charge to my credit card as fraudulent. Don't be fooled by their fake reviews.8/19/2017- BEWARE!! Fake reviews from friends, just read them, you'll see the same points. Gave them my deposit 2 months ago, first cancellation was due to them not picking up the materials on time which is why they say they want the deposit in the first place. Today was a no call no show and at this point, I'm only looking for a refund on my deposit. I will update my review if all ends well.

Initially I was thrilled with the quote I was given by Dewayne at On the Level. It was 1000 dollars less than I was quoted on the same pressure treated wood fence from FFC fencing. You know what they say you get what you pay for. Once the fence was complete I had no major concerns it looked good and all in all was happy with the job. Fast forward 4 months my fence looks terrible. 16 broken or warped fence panels and 4 post that warped so bad the completely cracked the 2x4 bracing. Also the gate Is so warped that it will not open without extreme force. After many attempts to get them back out here to address the problem I have finally resorted to this bad review. I am told it's there busy season but they will get to me. Sounds to me like we already have your money and you are no longer a priority. FFC had no problem coming out to do an assessment. They informed me that there are grades of pressure treated wood and the grade that my fence is built out happens to be the lowest. According to them they only use kiln dried pressure treated wood that does not warp because it is already dried after the wood is pressure treated. All in all they have me a quote of 2200 to remove and replace the post and repair the remainder of the fence. And here I am still waiting for On the Level to even come look at it. You get what you pay for folks
