I hired Restoration Builders for new siding. They did handle the insurance claim well and started installation within the given timeframe. The problems came after installation. I found at least 100 nails in my gravel driveway, as well as flaking paint and foam backing from the old siding all over my property. A professional company should lay down tarps and clean up better. They also dented/scratched existing window trim and tore numerous screens while removing the old aluminum siding. Most of the new siding looked good, however there were a couple sections with bowed siding and gaps around trim. The workers did not speak English to discuss my issues and the quality control guy Dave came while I wasn't home and signed off on the job. After I contacted him about the issues he came back out and agreed repairs were needed. It then took 6 weeks and repeated contact to get them out to repair the siding. They never repaired the screens or trim. Furthermore, after receiving a note from the water department that my meter wasn't working, I realized they installed the outside meter upside down with a broken wire, which I fixed myself. Due to lack of professionalism I cannot recommend this company. A better cleanup and prompt repairs would have received a much better review.

I hired them a few months ago to do a small roof for me, it’s been over a month with no communication, the roof they had installed is leaking, no gutters, facia or soffit installed yet. I now have to hire another company to come finish up my project as it’s costing me everyday that I wait on them.

Had storm/hail damage to our roof/gutters. The beginning of the process was great, they started the paperwork with our insurance company to get everything covered, and did the inspection to see what all was needed. It took several months, but they were probably busy and insurance can be slow. When it came to the point of going over our options, there was room for improvement but it was still a decent experience at that point. It was not until the actual replacement of our roof and gutters that we had issues. There was absolutely no communication prior to them showing up. Normally it would not an issue, but I had a week old newborn at home and with no notice I did not have time to make arrangements for us to be elsewhere. I did not realize they did not replace the gutters during that visit, so they showed up randomly a few weeks later (again, no prior notice) to replace those. They did call this time, but it was the DAY OF. 7am We get woken up because they need to plug their equipment into either our garage or house! Again, normally I would not have an issue but with the baby it caused problems. The roof itself looks great after replacement though. Fast forward 8 months. My insurance company calls to notify me that they’re sending the additional funds needed. Surprise to me, but okay no problem. 2 months later RBI shows up unannounced to pick up their check. They seem nice enough but the lack of communication borderlines rude. Overall, very mixed feelings. The work itself was phenomenal. The roof looks great, the siding is amazing, all the small details done in the work shows they really care about the job they're doing. We worked with Elijah from this company and he was outstanding. Our insurance company didn't want to replace our siding and it took 2 months of battling with them to get it approved. -His name was Aaron Shaw who knocked at my door just two weeks after I had received 2 bids from other roofing & siding companies which their bids were a bit out of my price range. Little did I know he was about to show me how I can save thousands of dollars of my own money and claim the repairs to my insurance company due to weather damage that had occurred some time back. Significant other had Siding, roofing, and gutters replaced on house this year (Spring 2022). They put a nail through a wire, killing power to half of the home for 4 days, had to hire his own electrician, Restoration builders said they would reimburse for the expense but did not. Did not haul away old gutters and siding causing it to be left by the road. They also left nails throughout the yard, driveway, sidewalks causing two flat tires(same nails found in tires) and could have punctured our shoes, including a child that lives in the home.
