JHI delivers on 100% on everything they said they would do. I have a steep roof with dormers. They arrived on time and completed the roof in a single day as promised. When the job was finished the cleanup was so complete if you didn’t know they put a roof on you would have never known anything happened. They took great caution to protect all of our landscaping and communicated timely throughout the entire process. They also did the gutters a few days later also a super job and only took a half day with a 2 man crew. I would recommend JHI to anyone in need of there services.

I had roof damage from a storm on a Friday night. With more weather coming in I wanted to get my roof checked I googled and went down the list. Jeff Home Improvements was 3rd on the list and the 1st one to answer on a Saturday. I am so happy they did! I made an appointment and Anthony came and checked things out. I needed a new roof. He put together the estimate this was an insurance claim and I thought it would be a nightmare but it was super easy and he took care of everything. They ordered the needed materials and the were delivered the day before. The crew came out and had my new roof done in a day! They cleaned everything up at the end of the day and I was left with a beautiful new roof. It was nice to have quality work done and be done quickly.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and poor customer service. We did so much research and the salesman that came out John was great and really sold us on Jeffs Home Improvements was a quality company that had been successful due to their reputation. We had all siding, gutters and soffits replaced, and all new metal wrapping done and was suppose to do a small repair and replace some shingles where old diverter was. The gutters in the back are all bent and has gaps that water can run through. They were supposed to put up diverters well they came this past Monday, that was a joke they took pieces of metal cut it and slapped it up did not line it up they even drilled holes into the new gutters then said it would not work and slapped some caulk on it. That is not quality work. They have scratched all the black off my new gutters In several places to where it is all silver now. These gutters are only a few weeks old. There is holes in the siding by the chimney they put caulk in and left. There is holes in the bottom of every corner where the siding does not line up that water, birds and who knows what other creatures can get in. There was no clean up what so ever my husband so far has picked up a 5 gallon bucket full of nails and screws, scrap metal, plastic and coffee cup lids out of our landscaping and yard. Their work truck leaked oil all over my drive way. The best part is we cannot even get John to return our calls. My husband has been having conversations with the foreman of the crew who keeps saying we will schedule a time to come look at all the problems but still nothing not a single person from Jeff’s have come back out for my husband and I to show them all the very poor quality work that was done. We are paying a lot of money and just wanted quality work and good customer service and so far we have not received either!

Our experience with this company was a complete mess, worse decision we made was hiring them for the job. While the actual guys who performed the job worked fast and finished quickly, the other employees were a disaster to work with. It's as if none of the employees communicate with each other. We would receive multiple calls from different people saying something different then the previous person, employees had no clue what was going on so it was a lot of back and forth phone calls. Our job was completed in June however I received welcome letters and job completion letters in August through October. They told us they would file everything with our insurance to get final payment, that apparently didn't happen, and they continuously emailed and called us about the balance when they were the ones who didn't do their part. Would never hire again and definitely don't recommend.

Gotta a new roof installed and everything went as well as expected. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Installers did a great job and cleaned up pretty good after. I did find a few stray nails which makes me worried when I open up the pool this summer and the kiddos are running around in the backyard. I think everyone of their installation crews should have a walk behind strong magnet on wheels to ensure no nails are left behind. Love the roof!!!Service: Roof installation

The Jeff Crew did a great job on installing my new roof. They were very respectful of my landscaping, which I was concerned about because I have a lot of flowers and shrubs around the perimeter of my home. They were very careful to protect the landscaping and I had minimal damage to the plants. They cleaned up the area really well, since I have a big dog that likes to roll around in the yard, but they came through with their magnet machine and I haven't found any nails or sharp objects in the yard. Jesse came by the next day to walk the yard and inspect the roof to ensure the job was done right. I cannot thank this crew enough for taking away my worries, their time spent and caring about my concerns. Highly recommend Michael, Chris, Jesse and their roofing crew.Service: Roof installation

Service and quality of work not the best. Had to call several times to get an issue fix. Finally after 4 call, I went to their subcontractor, Sky Building Products LLC. They sent a crew out right away and the issue was fixed. I highly doubt that I will do business with them again.

Everything from start to finish could not go any smoother. The salesman showed up on time and was very friendly. Estimate of cost was reasonable. Schedule the work to be done. I was called a few days in advance do to an opening they had come up. They showed up several days early and completed the work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The contractor showed and was also very friendly and professional. We went over everything and off to work he went.They work was completed and looks absolutely great! Charge much more than they should for the quality of work they do. Chris, the production manager, tried his best to make things right but his company's level of quality acceptance is just way too low. And Michael Branham, typical salesman, makes his commission and moves on. He'll talk and text you like you're best friends but couldn't care less about your project and satisfaction as long as he gets paid.I had them do 21 windows, siding, and gutters on my house. I'm not picky or hard to get along with. Until the end. That's when I noticed an endless amount of poor quality work, especially around the windows. If you're picky at all, have them give you addresses of several previous jobs. If you're satisfied with that quality, then good luck. I didn't do that and wish I had.And be prepared for your project to take much longer than quoted and your property to be a trash dump the entire time they're working. And be prepared to pick up hundreds of nails and screws the whole time because they don't bother running their magnet until the last day and don't even cover the entire area they worked.I highly recommend using a more reputable company that cares. These guys are not it. They only gave any attention to a 2 month long project at the end when it was time for payment. Lesson learned the hard way with these guys.

Salesman was very personal and pleasant to talk but the project manager was very difficult to work with. I was quoted $20,000 for a 10 x 14 sunroom but I did not ask enough questions and found out there were a lot of add-ons that I thought would be a part of the cost such as a floor and leveling the concrete. I have worked with contractors before as a general contractor and they were slow to get their part of the job done so the other contractors had to wait. I finished the project just so we could get it done on time. If you feel confident in asking the right questions and working with people who are not easy to work with then give them a shot because the work was pretty good but the price was high for what I got. I hired Jeff Home Improvements to remedy a leak that was damaging an interior wall. The salesman I contacted correctly assumed that the leak was due to the lack of a cricket on the chimney.The repair consisted of the construction of a 3 foot section of roof from my existing roof to the chimney and about 20 square feet of decking and shingles.The cost for this repair was $800.There has not been a leak since.All in all, I would say the experience was a no frills, no nonsense transaction where a service was rendered adequately but without any 'above and beyond' factor, which some may consider minimalist in terms of customer service.No particular complaints about this company from a customer standpoint.
